I spent nearly 10,000 dollars with Jose this past summer, having 2 central air units installed at 2 different rental properties and was given a 10 year warranty on parts and a 1 year warranty on the installation. In October, one unit stopped cooling. It took 2 weeks of requests to get a service call, which did nothing to fix the problem! Now, 2 weeks later, after multiple promises, Jose will not contact me, or make an attempt to repair this problem after multiple attempts to get this resolved. Since my tenants are without air, I am being forced to hire another company to fix what I paid 5000 dollars to Affordability for a new system! The worst customer service I have ever experienced
