We had the wrong line for our gas dryer when we moved in. Based on the Yelp reviews, we called The Water Pros. He was out the same day and fixed the problem in a short time. We were happy with this service and his pleasant demeanor. I would call them again.

Over the holidays we had quite a few plumbing issues pop up all at the same time. My kids toilet would not flush no matter how much we plunged it. Two of their sinks had leaky valves, causing the cabinets to be soaked. Their bathtub upstairs was leaking into my closet downstairs. And my toilet decided join in and started leaking from the tank and flooded the area around. We called David the day after New Years (Friday). He was booked solid through Saturday, but could come Monday. We were pleasantly surprised when he came over quickly Saturday morning to unclog the kids toilet, so they would have a working toilet over the weekend. He said he would be back on Monday to take care of all the other issues. Monday morning he was here, fixed everything, and charged us a VERY REASONABLE price. No price gouging at all! I will never call another plumber!

David is not very good at keeping appointments. My wife and I have stayed home waiting on him on more than one occasion (over a 2 week period) which was a no show. On the scheduled date, I called to confirm an appointment with him on the day before and he was a no show. He did not answer calls the next day when he was suppose to be there in the 4 hour window time frame. I agree with Steve C.

David came out to replace our water heater. The original one wasn't installed correctly so he installed it so that it would drain out side of the house. He didn't have the correct size pan so he said he would come back tomorrow. We PAID him but he NEVER came back!!! Is avoiding our phone calls. DO NOT USE HIM! Very unprofessional!!! It's been over a months. When we call from a different number he always says he will come tomorrow and never does! I would never recommend him to anyone else!

David definitely provided 5 star service! A few weeks ago on a Friday afternoon we noticed signs that our water heater was on its last legs. We called the water pros. David answered the phone himself when we called and managed to squeeze in an assessment at the end of that day.

He was then able to schedule our repairs and make special arrangements to obtain an extra part we needed by Saturday morning. Everything was back in working order by noon on Saturday.

I would definitely recommend them for prompt, courteous, and professional work at a very fair price. David actually came in under his estimate and threw in a new drainage pan for free because he didn't notice a small hole in the old one when he provided the estimate.

I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

David does a great job! I've used him for a number of my properties from getting my gas meter installed to changing out water valves. He shows up on time, communicates well, and has great integrity. His price is very fair, well below the big names, and he doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. IE, a new water heater.

i always think that reviews may or may not be legitimate . I assure you this one is .in fact i never write reviews but this guy just gave me such great service i felt i needed to help other people who are looking for someone good. In the past 2 weeks I had dealt with three other local plumbers , ALL OF WHO left me hanging in one way or the other . i called Water pros after looking on Yelp . i left a voicemail and Dave and he called back quickly . he came to our house within 2 hrs. , diagnosed , gave me a great quote and fixed the leak on the spot ,within the hr... now thats getting the job Done and fast . thanks Dave !!!!
