David was very helpful and came out the same day that we called. He gave us a very reasonable estimate for replacing our water heaters (much lower than the other company that we looked at). We also had a shower/tub faucet that was broken. Another company that we had contacted told us that they would have to shut down the water to the entire house in order to just look at it and that we might need additional parts. David offered to look it over while he was at the house and fixed it in 5 minutes. He also didn't charge for this since we decided to get our water heater install with him. I have had many bad experiences with other plumbing companies and am very happy to report on a good experience.

The Water Pros team did an outstanding job. Contacted on a Tuesday and they were able to install on Thursday. Worked all day Thursday to make sure we had hot water that evening. Very professional! I would not hesitate to recommend for all your plumbing needs.

I spoke to David a few weeks ago and he was very helpful with answering my questions. A couple of weeks later, I call him to schedule service. He said he'd be out the next day, unless I got a call from him because of a job somewhere in Downtown Houston that would cause him to have to reschedule.

I didn't get a call, so I expected him the next morning around 9AM. I waited; no show. No call either. I tried calling him the next day (maybe I got my days mixed up). No answer. Left voicemail. No call back.

I guess some folks are just too busy, but a phone call would of been nice.

This is not a review of the work- I wouldn't know because they haven't been able to get that far. I called for a quote, and we set up a time for them to come take a look. No show- I had to call them to see where they were, and they ended up sending someone else at the last minute. One week later- no quote, so I called back and left a few messages. I finally got a return call (apparently the guy was out of town and didn't bother changing his voicemail), and he said that he just got the info and would look it over. Then he said he needed to come out himself and take a look. (Hm, didn't we already try that?) So apparently he came out last week to look, but I still haven't heard anything back. I don't expect that I will, and I wouldn't give them the job based on how unorganized things have been just trying to get a quote.

I recently needed a hot water tank repair and I knew what repair was necessary based on a home inspection report. I called several big name companies and not one of them would give me a quote over the phone. I just want to know if its going to cost $100 or $1,000,000. I understand why they don't like to give quotes but I just wanted a ball park idea, still they wouldn't even think about giving me a quote. But The Water Pros did. Dave actually gave me a quote over the phone, thank you! They were able to schedule the same day if needed, they showed up on time, the tech was very professional and courteous. And the bill was exactly was Dave quoted.

A previous plumbing company came out - started and job and never returned (don't worry - I'm going to destroy their Yelp rating). I called David, with The Water Pros, explained the situation and we were able to schedule a time.

The previous company suggested that I tear through my wall to get to the pipes. David came in, tried less invasive resolutions, and they worked!! The Water Pros are punctual, courteous, and really do have your interest at heart. David arrived - super professional - even had shoe covers!!!

I needed a plumber at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday night; I had a pipe that had broken, was spewing water and thus had resulted in our water being shut off until I could get a plumber out. I found the Water Pros through yelp.com. I called and Dave answered right away. Although he was clear on the other side of town, he said he would come over as soon as his current job was done and did in fact show up about an hour later despite the rush hour traffic. He charged $105 for the "emergency" trip charge; I thought this was high but knew that a service man for a washer during the day charged $65 so figured it was a fair after hours charge. He also said that if we used him for the service the $105 would be credited against that fee, and I thought that was reasonable and standard.

When he arrived, Dave was friendly, inspired confidence and had a nice way about him. He immediately explained what had happened - that someone had stood on the pipe (which immediately inside our fence), breaking the pipe at the joint. This made sense because of circumstances that I need not go into here. Dave told me that he could cap off the broken pipe that night and turn the water back on to the house and then come back the next day to fix the pipe. He quoted $315, which I thought was extremely high but had no way of knowing whether it was a fair, great, or terrible quote.

Dave did not come back the next day or the next but called to say that he could come the following Monday. Since the water to the house was back on, I did not mind the delay. He came as promised the following Monday, charged what he quoted and replaced mud and gravel so as to leave the worked upon area nice.

Had a toilet tank break and called around/did research to find a good plumber. David was it. He followed up with me after I called him, kept me in the loop during the whole process (he needed to find a new tank and arranged an exact time to come out so I wasn't waiting around the house), addressed the actual problem (didn't try to get me to have extra work done, as some shady people did), was always accessible either via email or phone, and gave a price that was exactly within the quoted range. Very professional, friendly and I would recommend him to anyone.
