i called Frank at 9.am this morning by 9.30am. Frank was at door. Outstanding. I had a leaking Humidifier. Frank diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit. No more leaks. Frank is a outstanding Master Plumber. I would highly recommend Frank for any plumbing problems. Also he very conscience of his surrounding, and very polite. He explains the problem in layman terms. Thank you .

I had a bad zone relay box for my heating system that had gone bad. It was ticking constantly and driving me crazy. I called electricians, plumbers and HAVC people all of whom told me to call someone else. Finally I tried a supply company that recommended AFCO. Frank arrived at our home several hours after we first called him. He spent an hour testing the system and was able to reduce the ticking somewhat. He ordered the parts needed and returned on a Sunday to fix my problem. He was very personable, neat and most of all fixed the problem. His price was fair.
He will be the only person touching my heating system in the future. I highly recommend him!

We called because we were freezing . Did not have a choice. A friend told us to call them. This guy came over to tell us what was wrong , put some wires together and we gave him 175 dollars. Came back next day with a part he said cost 390 dollars and gave him another check for 325!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called every heating supply place on staten island and got a price on apart he said cost 390.00 Everyone said the part was from135 to 150.. It cost us 500 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for this part!!!!!!!!!. We were desperate . Heat went out on the coldest night of the year.......... Don't ever let these guys fool you like they did us!!!!!!

Called for emergency service for my central air on a Saturday at 4:30pm. Frank (the service guy) arrived at 5:00, quickly repaired the issue and took the time to explain everything he did and why. Such wonderful service! I would definitely recommend AFCO. Ask for Frank!
