Was at the Freeport location today because I needed something for the house. I know prices are up, but what they charged me today was over the top. I know I'm a cash customer and I'm not a regular, but looking on line, they charged me 5 times that. OK, you win, you made your money today but you lost me and shame on you for bilking me. Enjoy the money.

Purchased a cast iron radiator from this company a year ago. Spent close to $600 for it. Lasted one year and is now leaking. Called figuring a cast iron radiator that SHOULD last 30+ years failing after one year would get a new one prorated or SOMETHING.. All I got was sorry. Poor customer service and care for what they sell.

Excellent selection and personal service. Patient and knowledgeable staff who will patiently answer all questions. They give honest and good feedback about brands, parts and design. Many options and designs are available and a large variety of different brands. Taylor was a pleasure to work, super organized, and on top of all requests. I would highly recommend them and plan to return upon renovation of our master bathroom.
