I have used A&F Plumbing 3 times for different issues, my water heater broke and needed to be replaced, I later had a leak coming from my master bathroom, and lastly, my ejector pump went out and it needed to be replaced. A&F always accurately diagnosed the problem quickly and the repairs were always done without delay. The main reason I feel A&F deserves 5 stars is because they never tried to convince me I needed something I didn't, they were always clear with me and showed me what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. They are good people that know exactly what they are doing. Their prices are very reasonable and they never tried to take advantage like many other companies do. If they are not able to arrive within the timeframe promised, they will call to make you aware of the delay. I understood this because some jobs take longer than expected. However, I had one appointment rescheduled because the technician had to go back to a job to resolve a new issue that popped up. I had no problems with it because it demonstrated integrity. They didn't leave the customer high and dry because they had another appointment. That gave me confidence that they would be absolutely certain everything was working and my problem was resolved. A&F Plumbing is locked in my phone. Ms. Denise is the absolute best and she always tries to get Jordan or Gary out to me as quickly as possible and both of them are real pros. Go with A&F, you won't be sorry.

I hired A&F to repair an under bathroom counter. A&F came out and said it would cost $250 to fix the leaks. After I approved it the plumber said it would cost $785. I feel they were dishonest and used the lower cost to get the initial approval so they could then Jackup the price. I will not trust them to do another job since this was a complete rioo

Quotes for kitchen faucet work were all $350+, and only to replace, not to fix. I was told the faucet was discontinued and that it would be difficult to get parts. I found a replacement for the leaking part in 5 mins through Home Depot and also Kholer directly for $36.

I was converting the house I had lived in into a rental property. I needed A&F to come out and do some last-minute work to address some leak issues and update some of the hardware. Xander came out promptly, assessed the situation, provided me with multiple options, and then stayed until the solution I had chosen was implemented. Despite the fact that he ran into a few difficulties and it took longer than he had expected, I paid the original quote. Great job, and I look forward to working with them again. My sump pump went bad so I made an appointment with A&F PS for the installation. Leon was the tech who came to my house to assess the issue. After an inspection of the sump pump in the basement, it turns out the floater switch was sticking. He went to White Plains to buy a new one, then came back to install it in no time. Cost of the sump pump and installation was as expected. Considering the overall value of the entire project ($675), it was reasonably priced. Leon was a true professional, and represented his company admirably. I would hire them again, if needed. Recommended.
