We had used this plumber a few times before, mostly successfully. Yesterday we called and was told someone would be here between 8 and 9 a.m. At 10:00, we called and the woman, who just came in, said she would check and call us back. At 11 we called again and explained the the man (presumably the owner) what had happened. He said that """"the woman lies"""". She lies but still works there. We asked if we should call anyone else and he said we probably should. WOULD YOU WANT TO CALL THEM AGAIN?
