My wife and I recently purchased a townhouse and had Eduardo do some work (replace a toilet, change out all 3 bathroom fans, update our emergency water shut off valve, and a few smaller projects) around our new home. We were recommended to AES Plumbing by my mother-in-law and were not disappointed. Eduardo did excellent work and explained step by step the progress of each project, which I really appreciated. Although, there were a few challenges that presented themselves, Eduardo gave us options and kept himself available until the project was done. We are really happy with the work done and how it was completed in the timeframe given.

Loved that they showed up with a mask on, but also the high energy and how quick they we're able to come out to do the job. They worked around our schedule and didn't pull that "" we will arrive between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM."" The job was at a business so it was crucial that it was resolved asap, which it was. I must give 5 Stars as I am so pleased with Eduardo's work. He has been so helpful! He has not only solved my current plumbing problem but also help me fix the other previous problem. He is a very nice and skilled guy with a lot of patience. I wish I won't have any plumbing problem in future but if I do, this is the guy I will call again.

We got the dreaded call from our tenant that they had a leak in their washer area, thank goodness for Yelp because that's how we came across AES Plumbing. Eduardo was gracious enough to come out late on a Friday and survey the situation. The issue required ordering a part, but Eduardo was able to temporarily fix the situation so our tenants could live life uninterrupted. He came back and fixed it and the work looks great! My husband is so pleased with the work and I know we will be using his services again. Professional, prompt, and very transparent regarding the process of diagnosing the problem. It's good to know there are still professional, honest, small businesses out there to support!

I live in a Condo Complex and I had a Kitchen Sink stoppage with my neighbor, who I share a common area plumbing line with. It was a little harder than we expected, but Eduardo was able to fix the problem and we are both grateful.

We were in a bind with a backed up kitchen sink. I called AES based on the great reviews and we were not disappointed! Eduardo had the fastest call back time of anyone I was calling. He was able to accommodate our time needs and came the same day. He was friendly and cordial and performed excellently. Our drain was cleared and he cleaned up after. (I was thrilled not to have to clean up a mess!) Excellent customer service, excellent quality of service. I will not hesitate to call Eduardo again! This guy is a total BS'er has has absolutely no idea what he is doing! Do not waste your money on him. I am certain most of these reviews are here because he will give you a ""truck discount"" if you agree to write a review on Yelp. We had him come out to repair a toilet initially. He had installed it crooked & it was leaking a little, but we needed a few other minor plumbing things fixed, so when he came back, we expected him to correct his problem. He offered some lame excuse as to why it was crooked and said it wasn't leaking. He literally made everything that he touched here worse and once again had excuses for everything once I contacted him after. I should never have had him come back. I just had another plumbing company come out to fix everything, including our toilet. They said he definitely did do it correctly and we are lucky that we fixed the leak before it caused more damage. Our new plumber is a local family run operation. I will gladly refer hard working competent plumbers, but stay away from this guy unless you want to waste your money!
