My house got a sudden gas leak that needed prompt attention, and Eduardo came quickly and worked diligently to make us and our home safe (late afternoon on a Friday, mind you!) Upfront, honest, on time, professional, and courteous. Lalo is very easy to talk to and very professional. He showed me all the issues we had with our plumbing due to flippers doing a crappy job. As others have said, Eduardo is great on communications: both how long to arrive and how long to get the job done (it was to remove a toilet, snake it, place a new wax ring and reinstall the toilet.) His assistant did most of the hands-on work, under Eduardo's direction. They protected carpet with plastic drop-cloths. The job site was kept tidy and organized and clean up was thorough. Very professional.

My wife and I recently purchased a townhouse and had Eduardo do some work (replace a toilet, change out all 3 bathroom fans, update our emergency water shut off valve, and a few smaller projects) around our new home. We were recommended to AES Plumbing by my mother-in-law and were not disappointed. Eduardo did excellent work and explained step by step the progress of each project, which I really appreciated. Although, there were a few challenges that presented themselves, Eduardo gave us options and kept himself available until the project was done. We are really happy with the work done and how it was completed in the timeframe given.
