Please do not use this company if you are a homeowner needing small repair. They do tell you up front that they charge from the minute (second) they leave their door, and at $95 an hour that can add up quick. The worker got here, to fix leak on tub faucet, and came from his truck with no tools. Then we found my tenant had already fixed the leak (took about a minute to determine that) and he says, well, sorry, that will be $95. My husband was in hospital, and tenants couldn't reach me to tell me. Explained situation. He told me to call Dana, meanwhile I had to pay him on the spot (which I probably foolishly did, but didn't want to hurt the ""working guy."") Called Dana. Wouldn't budge. That is our POLICY, he kept saying. I offered to pay for time and truck expense (8 minutes to get here) or at least half - nope. ""We charge the minimum, $95, no matter what. It's our policy."" The original Richard Waltz who treated me so well as a young person (I am now 70 and on a fixed income) would be horrified, I am sure.
