Aerus L.L.C. operates as a producer and supplier of Healthy Home Products across more than 500 sites in North America. With state-of-the-art floor care systems and air and water purification products, Aerus promotes clean, safe, and healthy indoor settings for over 50 million establishments and homes in the U.S. and Canada. Founded in 1924 as Electrolux, we embarked on our journey into Healthy Home Products with the introduction of the first tank vacuum model by Gustaf Sahlin. The tank design, known as a canister, became a sensation overnight and continues to represent a standard of quality in floor care solutions. The well-known Electrolux vacuum cleaner, Model XXX, was launched in 1937 and, after nearly 14 million units sold, was retired in 1954, later earning recognition from the Smithsonian Institute as one of the top 100 U.S. products. In 2000, we shifted from our floor care origins with Electrolux to provide a comprehensive range of innovative Healthy Home Products, including air and water purification systems, under the Aerus L.L.C. brand.
