Aerus L.L.C. functions as a creator and distributor of Healthy Home Products in upwards of 500 venues in North America. With state-of-the-art floor care systems and air and water purification products, Aerus promotes clean, safe, and healthy indoor settings for over 50 million establishments and homes in the U.S. and Canada. Established in 1924 as Electrolux, we began our venture into Healthy Home Products with Gustaf Sahlin's launch of the first tank vacuum model. The tank design, known as a canister, became a sensation overnight and continues to represent a standard of quality in floor care solutions. The famous Electrolux vacuum cleaner, Model XXX, debuted in 1937, selling close to 14 million units before its retirement in 1954, and was later acknowledged by the Smithsonian Institute as a top 100 U.S. product. In 2000, we transitioned from our floor care foundation with Electrolux to offer a full suite of innovative Healthy Home Products, including air and water purification systems, branded as Aerus L.L.C.
