I chose this plumber because of the reviews, however I'm extremely disappointed. He fixed a leak for our toilet by changing the wax ring, he didn't apply a sealant after, and he said it's not a standard. It's an extra service we have to ask for. He charged us $29 to replace a bolt and nut. We asked why the upcharge, and he replied ""you should've seen how disgusting your toilet flange was"" which is unprofessional and rude.

We had a clog in our main washing machine drain line. Tony came out quickly and gave us an accurate evaluation and a reasonable estimate. When he came out, he arrived on time, and was very professional & courteous. The work was delayed for a day (due to tariffs on needed parts), but he returned the next day WITH the parts, and did the work completely. Oh, he also (at my request) estimated our WORST case scenario, and why he might have to take those steps. I approved the work, and the final price came in LESS than estimated. I will call him again in the future. Great job!!! Thanks!

Came for free quote. Prompt responses. Very reasonable price, so I hired him for the next day. Came on time when he said he would. Installed missing air gap, moved garbage disposal to proper spot and installed correctly. Made sure there were no leaks. Very happy with work and will certainly call again for any plumbing needs. I think I found my new plumber after my long-time guy retired!!

Tony came out to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. I got several prices from various companies and his was the most competitive. On top of that he was able to be here the fastest to help. No one likes to pay for repairs.. but he made it as painless as possible. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend.

Arranged to have Tony come over to replace the failed gas valve on my water heater, plus install a better tank drain. He was on time... completed the work quickly... and we had a successful outcome. I had a bad leak in a bathtub faucet. A friend of mine recommended Tony at AEQ. Tony was able to come to fix the leak the same day I called. He saved me a lot of money by continuing to work on the problem. If he had given up on the first option it would have cost a lot more. He was very friendly and explained the repairs as he did them. He had to go to the store for parts and showed me the receipt. I will definitely be calling again with any other plumbing jobs in the future.

We had a drain stoppage that involved a toilet and shower backing up. The water in the shower went over the shower pan level so we had a slight leakage in the hallway.

AEQ responded quickly and came out within an hour. It was after hours so we had to pay more, which we expected. Ouch!

He was very professional, friendly and worked very quickly. He was thorough, making sure all drains in the house were clear before he left.

For my house in Bakersfield wake up at 4AM and everything was clogged from toilets to showers and sinks
Called Tony and he was here within an hour and by 5:30 AM he got everything working
I was worried for my kids waking up to go to school and are unable to use the toilets and showers but Tony came to the rescue
