I chose this plumber based on the glowing reviews. We had a minor plumbing issue but it prevented us from
using a sink. The fix was more expensive and took longer than anticipated but we were okay with that as long as our problem was solved. The next day we realized the sink was leaking into the cabinet under it. He came out and ""fixed"" that. The day after, we had the same leaking under the sink. We decided not to call again and we got someone else to tighten everything up and stop the leaking. I cannot recommend this plumber. It wasn't a good experience. I have no idea how he has so many great reviews.

I recommended Tony to my daughter who was having a problem with her water heater. I initiated the contact, and he took it from there. Tony was on time for his appointment, provided the quotes and replaced her water heater the same day. My daughter was more than happy with the service. GREAT service and SUPER FAST response time.!! Called for free evaluation, and tech arrived within 2 hours. Had the same water heater in his truck that I had, installed it, and took my old one back to Home Depot for a replacement. I had to pay the difference between the original purchase price and the current price of the water heater, and the price I was quoted for the labor cost was exactly what I paid.

First off, Tony from AEQ is very responsive and shows up on time for initial estimate and day of install. He walked me through the install and where equipment would be installed. He provided a fair estimate and detailed the individual pricing and breakdown for each aspect of the project. He completed a full pipe run under my house from water main to my garage and had my water shut off for a short period. Install was completed and my water softener operated as expected. Tony let me know if there was any issues to reach out and he would resolve. What I enjoyed most about AEQ, was the fact excellent customer service and punctuality of arriving on time. I would highly recommend Tony's business for plumbing repair and Install of new products.

AEQ Plumbing was wonderful! He provided a free estimate for my broken garbage disposal on a Friday, and on the following Monday he bought and installed a new garbage disposal for me! (I think he would've installed during the weekend but I was going to be out of town). He communicated via text, and even offered to come earlier if I was available for both appointments. He was friendly, efficient, honest, and professional. Highly recommend!
