Sometimes it feels scary to try someone new. But I couldn't be happier with AEQ Plumbing! We were able to get a quote from him within four hours after I called to ask his availability. His service call rate is very reasonable and we hired him on the spot! He soldered a damaged bathroom sink pipe inside the world's most smallest vanity. Excellent communication skills, answered all our questions, very clean, uses top quality parts, and a kind & honest customer service oriented type of man. Tony was wonderful and professional. Our water heater broke and with 2 small kids there was only so much troubleshooting of our own that we could tolerate before we needed to call a professional. I reached out towards the end of a Wednesday and got a response within 20 minutes. I explained the issue and he was nice enough to squeeze us in early the next day. When he arrived, I explained that we believed it was just the pilot light which he was able to get back on, however, a few hours later the problem returned. I called Tony back not expecting him to be able to return the same day and for there to be some back and forth with scheduling since it was late on a Thursday and I knew he was probably booked Friday. Nope. Tony was transparent and let me know he was finishing a job and would be over in about an hour. He was. He came by gave us a quote, ran to get the materials and installed all in the same day (bath time was saved). I will use Tony again and again as well as refer him to anyone who needs a plumber.

I was need of replacement parts. They responded immediately to my inquiry and setup an appointment for the next day. He gave us a free estimate and was available the following day. He even bought two parts just in case one was wrong. He was able to complete the job in a reasonable time and even checked our pressure to make sure everything was running correctly. It was a pleasure and relief to finally find a plumber who is reasonable, professional, dependable, and on-time. Tony checked all those boxes for me on several occasions. Rather through text messages or phone calls, he makes sure to notify you if and when he will be on premise or might be running late. That trait is hard to find in todays world. He replaced several cartridges for me and handfuls of valves and fittings. He is very reasonable and won't up-charge for services that aren't needed. In fact, he even took care of a toilet flange question i had for him without charging me. Thanks for being honest and reliable Tony. I'll be sure to call for future issues!

I want to give a shot out to Tony. My water heater went out Monday night around 11:30. I texted Tony right away in a state of panic. Even though it was after hours, Tony texted me back right away. He said he would be at my house at 8:00am the next morning. He was here at 7:45. He assessed the situation, gave me a price and I had a new water heater in two hours. This guy is amazing.
