I found out about AEM Plumbing through my home warranty company. I was told that I would hear from the plumber within two days. I heard from Max within a few hours. I described to him the situation over the phone and he told me that he totally understood what I was dealing with, and they would see me at the first available appointment which was in a day. I was supposed to see them between 11 and 1, but they actually came early. As soon as they arrived, they immediately asked me to show them where the leak was and I did that. They described me what they believed the problem was as they were getting their tools. They came right back and shut off the water and quickly began diagnosing the problem. They crawled under the house and also got up into some of the bathrooms that were above that floor. Within no time they had the problem diagnosed, and they immediately got to fixing it. They replaced some faulty pipe. I had with much better equipment and explain everything as they went. They had a great attitude, were very professional, and most off they were helpful and knew what they were doing. Everything went from chaos and water to being fixed in a very short period of time.
I will definitely use them again as they made a bad experience much better. While describing the problem to me, it shows that they have years of experience and we're not wasting any time in fixing the problem. I cannot begin to suggest them highly enough. They even suggested some things that I could do either on my own, or with the assistance of a plumber that would stop problems like this from popping up in the future
