Armando has a vast understanding of construction management, with over 25+ years in the construction industry, including 11 years here in Sarasota. As President of Construction Operations, Armando guarantees that jobs are sufficiently manned and that the quality management plan is effectively executed. Armando remains continuously aware of the status of preconstruction services and the total development of construction on each projects.
He graduated with an Associate of Science degree in Construction Technology from Seminole State. Additionally, he is an OSHA 30-Hour Certification.
