Armando possesses a deep understanding of construction operations management, with over 25 years in the construction industry, including eleven years here in Sarasota. In the position of President of Construction Operations, Armando guarantees that jobs are properly staffed and that the quality management plan is thoroughly carried out. Armando remains continuously aware of the status of initial construction services and the total development of construction on each assignment.
Armando graduated with an AS degree in Construction Technology from Seminole State College of Florida. Additionally, he is certification in OSHA 30-Hour.
