We had a significant leak under our sink in the kitchen. I was referred to Aegean by a colleague of mine who came highly recommended. They came over almost immediately to assess the situation, explained everything to me in detail and were very diligent and efficient with their execution. Yianni was a super nice guy, punctual and very knowledgeable as he gave me the lay of the land on what the problem was and the necessary steps to fix it. I'm hopeful that I personally will not need to contact a restoration company again but if I EVER need to I know EXACTLY who I am calling. Thank you Aegean again.

My husband and I have been homeowners for over 40 years. In the different homes we've lived in, we've never had a water leak that was so bad it caused damage to walls, ceilings, and floors. While lucky in this regard, I now found myself going through a situation that I've never experienced. I had no idea what to expect. I'm so grateful that our plumber referred us to Aegean Water Restoration. Co-owners Pericles (Perry) Manos and Yianni Vartelas were very personable and courteous from the start. They explained everything in detail, answered all our questions, and told us what to expect. Perry immediately contacted our insurance adjuster so that we wouldn't have to make that initial call. Members of their demo crew were all very friendly and easy to talk with. Aegean keeps everything very clean. In addition to putting up plastic barriers in the work areas, they also placed protective films on our floors and carpets to protect these areas while workers were moving throughout our house. Perry and Yianni followed up with more visits to our home, checking moisture levels to ensure all was ready to proceed to our next steps of restoring our home to its previous condition. In the end, I felt like I was seeing longtime family friends. We highly recommend Aegean. Many, many thanks to Perry and Yianni for helping us through this situation!

Aegean Water Restoration was referred to us by our community's highly trusted plumber, so I knew we were in good hands. We had a leak in our house and my husband was out of town, so I already felt nervous calling because I didn't know what to expect. Perry not only walked me through what to expect, he and his partner were there every step of the way. As soon as they got to my house, they respectfully put on foot coverings, assessed everything/ took pictures/moisture readings, and then set up industrial fans to prevent further issues. The next day, they set up barriers around the perimeter to protect the rest of house from dirt/debris.
Not only were they communicative and showed professionalism, they were always quick to respond, respectful of my time, flexible, and had personalities that made you feel at ease and comfortable--like family. Hoping I never need them again, but they will be the only water mitigation company I'll ever use. Thank you Aegean!

To say these guys were God-sends/angels is to say the least, because I honestly don't know what I would have done without them. They come in quick, assess, advise and begin damage control and mediation as soon as you're comfortable with them. Getting comfortable with them won't take long however as you will quickly pick up that they're authentic, genuinely want to help and are an honest team. Once they begin their work, they do a clean job, properly secure the area that will be addressed and work to minimize what has to be repaired so you're not spending un-necessary costs.

They also are quite responsive to communications and will work to guide you through the entire insurance process to ensure you can maximize your insurance coverage costs. I honestly can't say enough good things about them. If you have water damage and need someone quick, you really don't need to look further.
