Aedile Plumbing installed a new water heater and removed the old. Their pricing is competitive. It's a plus for me to use a local company.
The quality of installation was much higher than I expected an so I was very happy.
The installer and helper worked very well together so the job was completed in a relatively short time.

Aedile Plumbing replaced the pipes (including hose bibs and valves) in my entire house (including a converted garage apartment and large whole house filter). As you can imagine, it is a HUGE and quite intrusive job. They called to confirm the work dates. They showed up when they said they would. They communicated if anything changed (from something as small as running late due to needing to find a part....to something as big as pointing out if a reroute that was needed or if an old pipe had leaked). They let me know what was completed each day and what was planned for the next. They cleaned up before they left each day. They planned the work ahead, so I would always have one working bathroom each night, and they let me know before they turned off the water each day, so I could take care of any last minute "business". Communication is so important when it comes to this kind of work. Also, my city had started requiring more insulation than they expected when they quoted me, but when they found out, they covered the cost...they did not ask me to pay for the extra materials and labor. That is a class act move IMHO!! Not all companies would do that in this day and age. I will point out that they do not replace sheetrock (a lot of plumbers don't), but they make sure you know that from the beginning. I made the mistake of waiting to hire someone to replace the sheetrock, because I was concerned the work might not be done since it is such a big job...but trust me...barring anything beyond their control, AEDILE WILL GET THE JOB DONE WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL (or earlier)!! I HIGHLY recommend Aedile Plumbing!!!

Quick service. I had a roof water tank heater pipe leak and they came out within an hour. Local company, good service.

They also pointed out my house had sharkbite fittings, which I knew of and am worried about but the fact they pointed it out means they were looking out for me and future headaches. I appreciate that.

A great company! Our water heater stopped working after approximately 15 years - which I understand is about twice as long as average. It was about 4pm when I discovered the problem and after looking at it to see if it was a DIY project I decided to search for a plumbing company. (The water heater is located in the attic of a 2-story home) After reading several reviews "on the line" I decided to send an email to Aedile (ee-dile) Plumbing. I was reading other reviews and was about to send a second email to another company when I received a call from Keith Glover with Aedile Plumbing. He listened to my explanation, asked several questions then had me send him some pics of the water heater and its location. He gave me an estimate that I thought was fair and said he would have two guys out between 8-10 a.m.

The next morning at 8:23 a.m. I received a call from Robert with Aedile Plumbing and he said that he and Aaron were leaving the parts house and would arrive in about 20 minutes. I'm pretty sure they arrived in about 15 - awesome! Robert and Aaron came to the door with tools in hand ready to go to work. They politely introduced themselves and asked to be shown to the water heater. I escorted them upstairs and they immediately went to work. It wasn't even 9am yet and the attic was already above 90 degrees. I put a fan in the attic to circulate the air, but after an hour or so it was just moving hot air. Robert and Aaron did not let the heat stop them. With only one break of less than 10 minutes, after hauling the water heater out and before bringing the new one in, they continued to work until our new water heater was installed and working. Robert gave me a run-down on the new heater - it was a Rheem 50 gallon heater like the old one.

There was a problem with the seal on the vent pipe as it goes through the roof, but Robert called their on-call roofer and he was on-site within 30 minutes and the problem was solved shortly thereafter.

The final bill was within the estimate given the night before by Keith so I was happy to pay and happy I didn't have to sweat my butt off in that hot attic or on the roof! Within a few hours we had plenty of hot water and the wife was happy, happy, happy!

Great service and fair pricing. I called this company yesterday morning because my main sewer line was blocked. I live in Houston, near 45 and the beltway, south side and they are in League City. They quoted me a price of $229 to snake out my drain. That is significantly cheaper than another place quoted me. They only took about an hour to get here and they had the sewer line snaked out and running clear really fast. They were fast, honest, knowledgeable, courteous and reasonably priced.
I found me a plumber! I will be calling them the next time I need a plumber.

We just had a simple toilet replacement after and overflowed toilet, but the guys that came through did it fast and simple and were the nicest guys! I will be calling them in the future if we ever have any plumbing problems.

Rob and Richard were freaking fantastic. They exposed to leak without digging ginormous holes, and they worked carefully around our brand new Landscaping. They went got the parts and had us up and running in a little over 4 hours. Can't ask for better. Super nice guys and super excellent work. I wish I could give ten stars.
