It's challenging to find companies with experience servicing radiant heat floors so I was thrilled to find out that A&E Plumbing, Heating & Air has technicians with this expertise.

Jaimie was my service coordinator and she was able to answer many of my questions prior to the appointment, and those she didn't know, she spoke with the manager of the department then got back to me promptly.

On the day of the maintenance service appointment, Andrew arrived during the time window, texting to let me know he was on the way. He was extremely knowledgeable and spent the first 10 minutes answering all of my questions about how to properly use the radiant heat system for maximum efficiency. I'm so grateful for the education.

He then serviced the system and checked back with me when he was done to see if I had any other questions or needs. Andrew was professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my home, wearing ""booties"" without being asked. His service was exemplary and I have signed up for the annual service plan.

They are amazing! My dad had some issues out at his house that needed to get done as soon as possible. One call and they made time for him in their schedule! My mom is looking to get some things done around the house and I told her to calm them! Eric is very personable and makes sure to fit you in! I know there's a long wait for plumbers around here, and they are just amazing. We will all be using them in the future for sure! I highly recommend their service to anyone and everyone!!! 10/10
