Why operate under different business names? This is the same Carlos with Infinity Plumbing -- supposedly based in Oakland but registration with SOS indicates they're based out of El Sobrante. After being paid for a simple stub out and rough in waste line, the work was performed below standard according to the GC and it was unfinished. Carlos repeatedly stated that he would refund part of the payment, but now ignores my correspondence.

Had a review here and not sure what happened to it, but steer clear of this company.

1st time I had them come out, they put a hole in my exterior wall. You could literally see outside. The representative tried to leave and said they weren't responsible. The owner ended up sending someone to patch it up, they did horrible patch work, but they closed the opening to the exterior.

Second time, I hired a contractor who couldn't get the water heater to work. They literally charged me $1800 to run 10 feet of galvanized piped that I already had and 10- 15 ft of new pipe they installed. The job was so janky, they attached the galvanized pipe to a brick. I'm guessing they thought I wouldn't look under the house.

It's possible that they do good work, but my experiences haven't confirmed that they do. I just advise that if you use them, you monitor their work.

They did a really nice job on a sewer lateral job (~$5k). The work got done, I paid, and Carlos told me he had gotten the final signoff from EBMUD. I never followed up to get the certificate, but I found out from the city that final inspection was never filed. I spoke with Carlos, texted him, and called him a dozen times. I gave him every possible chance to fix this, and he did not fix it. Now I have to get another plumber to do the final, and hope that it passes.

Best and honest plumber. Great experience.! I would definitely hire them again!
I called their dispatch and they were quick to send someone to look at the issue. The tech was very knowledgeable he gave as a price quote explained everything that we needed to know. The next day he came with the part and voila we were back in business.
I love their efficiency, I love their price definitely will hire them again.

They keep missing my appointments and keep forgetting to show up! The last time that they installed a toilet few months ago has actually been leaking into the basement and flooded it. I have been trying to call them, and left multiple messages to Jason, and Carlos. And of course now the number to Jasons doesn't even work anymore. I wish it would've worked out! They had good pricing... But other than that, not very professional at all.

Don't hire these guys!
We hired them for replacing the drainage under my home. Over TWO AND A HALF MONTHS later:
- the job is not yet complete (pl see photos attached of the walls cut open and still waiting to be patched up)
- they lied about applying for the permit with the city (it was a part of the contract that we agreed to prior to starting the job). For weeks after the pipes were replaced, they kept blaming on the city for not scheduling an inspection - due to COVID. I called the city and found that it was not true. They had not even applied for a permit!
- a month after installing the new pipes (and after several reminders) , they finally applied for a permit but never paid the fee - till date. Now the city is planning to issue a citation!
- they've stopped responding to any text/ Yelp messages, phone calls even though we've been extremely considerate and patient with them.

We are considering legal action against them. Also planning to complain to the CSLB and BBB.

And now we have to hire someone else to complete the job that they left unfinished!

I needed a new water heater replaced and it was replaced. It works fine but it was never explained to me the new water heater would be bigger than the old one. Having a bigger water caused my garage door to hit the control panel of the water. I was told I can reschedule to have the water turned around to prevent this issue. I have asked for a scheduled visit to have this fixed. The owner is not responding my Yelp messages. I have tried their main phone number, no one picks up the phone call and it does not allow you to leave messages. I will have to fix this myself or pay another company to complete a job half done.
