I will never use a different plumbing company. I have had Ricky Medors and Shane at my house three times, and each time they were efficient, friendly, and effective. They really know what they are doing.
Other company took three hours on a cogged sewer, misdiagnosed the problem, charged me $600 and asked if I wanted that plumber to come back to dig up the pipe in my yard to replace it for the long term.
Shane of AWP worked one hour, found the clog much further down the pipe near the city junction and charged me $125.

Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and affordable. I'm sure I'm missing a few adjectives - but these guys are the best! I'm a skeptic when it comes to hiring folks to work inside my home, but AWP absolutely has my vote of confidence.

On December 12 I called Rick at Advantage because my Hot water tank was leaking. Within an hour Shane was at my house and diagnosed that I would need a new tank. It was a small leak and nothing disastrous appeared imminent. He would have to get a replacement tank and return and replace the leaky one. Sounds simple, right? Not! I have a large liquid propane water tank. Rick and Shane started an immediate hunt to track a tank down from a distributor and kept me informed every step of the way. Two days later and the day before I was hosting a TAMU graduation party my hot water tank decided to give up, no hot water!! Again, within an hour Shane was at my house and Rick followed an installed an emergency electric tank to get me hot water, until we can find a replacement. Their talent and customer service has WOWED us beyond belief. We have never been so happy with a service company in our lives. If you want a professional, talented, and attentive plumbing company, LOOK NO FURTHER THAN ADVANTAGE WATER PLUMBING !!!!!

I had dropped my ring down the bathtub drain. Ricky and his co-plumber went above and beyond to recover my ring, I would give more stars if there was more , he truly cared about the situation and that is hard to find people like that. He is very affordable, and I would defiantly recommend him to anyONE. I was very hesitant to call because I had heard that plumbers will charge an arm and a leg. Not true! He is very honest and reasonably priced, STOP LOOKING AND CALL HIM!!
