We had a sewage drain emergency, called countless businesses plus Angie's List. Most did not answer their phone, three who I was able to speak with were either vague or unavailable.

Sean at Advantage, worked us into his schedule same day, arrived exactly at the time promised, and went to work. Issue solved, plus was able to get him to schedule another repair within a few days that we had been unable to get repaired for 6 months.

Polite, obviously highly competent, respectful of your home and professional in every sense. we won't be calling anyone else except for Advantage in the future.

So Aadvantage is great. I had to open the door for Alec and leave him here since I had to get back to work, but I felt completely at ease. He was careful of the carpets, showed up on time, finished cleaning and scoping out my sewer line promptly, plus a couple of minor repairs. I couldn't even tell he had pulled my toilet to get to the sewer, he had his own drop cloth. He even ran water before he left the house to vent the lines of trapped air.

The other big bonus: I had a home inspector (see my review of Brick and Mortar Home inspection) call out that my pressure regulator - they reported the incoming line was blown, measuring 100psi and needed to be replaced. Alec checked the system and discovered they had measured upstream from the pressure regulator. He said it's fine, no replacement needed, measuring at 50psi, so they are honest! Saved me $250-$300.

Hire these guys, they schedule promptly and and answer the phone on weekends! You won't get cheated if you use Aadvantage Sewer and Drain.

We were given Advantage's number from our home warranty company to fix our water heater. Our home warranty company called them and left a message, after about 5 hours we called our home warranty company to ask if they had heard anything. They said they hadn't heard from them and said we could call them; which we did twice! Their voicemail says if this is an emergency please leave a message and we will call you back... well they never called. The following day we called our warranty company again and they called another company (B&L) who responded to us very fast and installed same day. Leaving a message won't help you at all!! I'd recommend calling a company with better customer service!

Here's a great plumbing company that will take super good care of you at very fair prices. Their tech's are amazing, prompt, professional, and thorough. An honest company you can trust. Everyone is very nice and polite. Thank you for taking care of my homes.

I was a bit nervous hiring a plumber! Heard a bunch of horror stories!! But I have to say I had a great expierence today! They were prompt, respectful, helpful and priced great! I would recommended these guys to anyone!!

Run away as fast as you can.
We hired the company to do the plumbing in our bathroom, at first everything seemed ok.
Unfortunately we didn't get a written contract from them.
We specified copper piping and they installed PEX, they did not install the toilet plumbing in the correct place or the shower plumbing.
We asked the owner to correct this and he said we were lying.
The scope of work change so that the job involved 1/3 less work and we asked for a credit.
He gave us a $200.00 credit on a $3500.00 job.
We complained about this and he said we had to pay in full or he would not complete the work.
needless to say we fired him!
We hired another company to finish the work at accost of appx. $1500.00
Unfortunately the work Advantage did was so sub par we now have sewage bubbling up into our new shower.
We also found out after the fact that the company has had to change their name at least once on the last year and that the owner is not a licensed in Colorado.

On both scheduling and confirming sewer inspection, I requested owner complete the inspection. Both times I was told he would be the one doing the inspection. Then 15 minutes before scheduled inspection time company called me telling me owner was 60 miles away and other inspectors would perform service. I had taken unpaid time off work and was on a tight home purchase contract schedule so re-scheduling was not an option. The two workers that showed up where clearly in a hurry to complete job and then tried to collect an additional $50 service fee which was not indicated in the price quoted when I scheduled the appointment. I was given a video dvd of the sewer line that was of so poor quality, I could not tell what I was looking at. When I followed up with the company to request some elaboration on their written report (more than 2 sentences) I was told twice they would provide this. I never got this.

I had a pipe burst on Sunday morning and saw the couple of reviews on this place, so I thought that I would call this place. They answered and had a technician to my house within two hours. I was impressed. They quickly fixed the pipe and I really felt that their pricing was reasonable for a Sunday morning call. I would recommend them.
