We bought our home over 3 years ago, and Steve was recommended to us by our realtor. Since, then, we have used Steve and his team for a number of small and medium projects around the house, and they are always very responsive, professional, and helpful. They have replaced our kitchen and bathroom faucets, done repairs on broken pipes, fixed running toilets, and even noticed when our water meter wasn't working correctly so we could have it fixed by the City. Prices are very reasonable and they usually come within 2-3 days of requesting a service.

I have been looking for a plumber that knew how Hansgrohe fixtures works ...it took me year to find advantage plumbing who literally fixed my issue in 10 mins. Steve called me back promptly and was very helpful. Victor and Albert were the technician that came to the house and was wonderful, clean and efficient. If I had to give them a letter grade it would be A+++They fixed 3 issues I had in 40 mins. I first met Steve via a friend. He seemed reasonable, competent, and looked for the truth of the matter. i didn't use him at the time and used others because I was busy. Finally, there was a main line problem and I called Steve and his crew. They came right over, put a camera down the line and found the problem. They gave me alternatives and asked what I would like to do. We replaced the damaged section with new piping. They checked that there weren't any other problems along the line. Every thing is clear. Thank God! It cost less than half as much as the other main line last year! I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Steve too fellow apartment owners. Thank you Steve and crew!

p.s. they even tried to find a part for my 1930's faucet...sadly, they are not made any longer, but Steve even offered to creatively make something work...I declined as it wasn't that big of a deal since we will be hopefully re-modeling one day and the faucet will hold out a bit longer. I wasn't charged for the time it took them to drive to Pasadena and look for the part. Nice surprise!

Steve and his crew efficiently cleared a kitchen drain that I had unsuccessfully attempted to do myself.
At our request, he also inspected by camera the 70-year-old-old sewer line that had a history of being clogged from invasive roots.
