Paco came out and stopped our bathtub faucet from leaking which is what we asked him to do. However, after he fixed one problem another started where the faucet did not leak continuously, but did not give a good seal when the shower was on so the water was also coming out of the faucet and the water pressure from the shower wand was very low. He came back and replaced the diverter and fixed the leak. He also did something to the shower wand so now the pressure is very high and hits the back of the shower wall. This is not ideal as the water now goes over our heads! We need Paco to come back and readjust the shower wand. Once he does this we will give the team all five stars : ) Job is done! Steve came out and personally fixed the shower wand attachment so that our new, better, water pressure situation is a true improvement. Thank You!

Steve and his team was very reliable and professional. I tried to unclog the sewer mainline by myself which ended up with snake stuck inside the piping. Advantage Plumbing took care of the incident and provided the thorough investigation with camera and checking under the crawl space. With his advice, I decided to ask Advantage Plumbing to do replace the entire old cast iron drain/sewer piping with ABS at the crawl space. I had the repair/unclog services several times with the other plumbing company before but, I was never advised with the fundamental issue and how to remedy. After the service from Advantage Plumbing, all issues with sewer which I struggled many years are resolved now and I am so pleased with their service. Thank you, Steve.

As I have had high praise for them in the past as a property management. The jobs that they did for me recently was very expensive and clogged drain was not cleared. Try to up sell plumbing issue. Sorry it was a good thing while it lasted.

I wanted to move some outdoor water & irrigation lines and valves so they would not be visible from our outdoor dining area. Steve provided a free estimate that was very competitive and he gave me the confidence that he would do the job efficiently and on time. We scheduled for just after ID4 and Steve delivered. On time, great workmanship, post job cleanup etc. His team was great. Our kitchen started flooding fast when the water line connection to the back of the refrigerator and we couldn't turn it off as we can't find the shut off valve for the water line. I called Advantage Plumbing after my husband managed to shut off the water main. I got a call from Steve within the hour and he even wanted to send someone right away but he didn't have anybody at that time so he scheduled someone first thing the following morning. Gustavo and Mauricio arrived at 7:30 the following morning, found a leak in the water line from the crawl space under the living room going inside the water line going to the ref. They gave me a quote and we agreed on the price. Gustavo said they will be out for 30 minutes to buy the parts. They were back as promised then fixed the portion of the pipes with the leak I think within 30 minutes. Overall great service, and I will definitely hire them again!

I replaced my garbage disposal and under sink plumbing myself cuz I was determined to learn how since I am a landlord, but at the final step i saw the galvanized in my wall I had to tie into was leaking. Doomed. Called them out of the blue and They came fast and did a repair on that but the sink was stopped up still not draining I said one more time one more time one
more time and they tried to clear this corroded garbage galvanized pipe and even kinked their snake trying, They were nice. After discussing options, finally I had them just replace a small leg of the kitchen drain under my house in the crawl space which fixed the problem. That was the on a budget repair option suggested solution. I really wish I had the money to replace more of the galvanized. I felt good about their work so when I do decide to do more work i will call them for sure. Paco and his friend/co-worker, who did the work that day seemed genuine and nice. Relieved i can use my kitchen sink again. The main guy Steve was nice to me on the phone too.

I'm a little slow in getting to this, but thank goodness Advantage Plumbing is fast. Here's my story: I called late on a Friday afternoon right before a three-day holiday -- kitchen sink backed up. Good luck, right? I expected to be told see ya on Tuesday or Wednesday, but no way. They came out the very next day first thing. SHOCK. Sadly the repairs were more extensive than just a clogged pipe, very old corroded pipes. Wisely -- luckily -- I said I'd wait until they could get new pipes for me. But again, really no waiting, one day later during the holiday, I get a text ""we got the parts. Ready to fix your problem."" Yay? I was really impressed. Going the extra mile and going above and beyond just to fix my kitchen. Thank you so much. Great service. Great job. And did I mention, Great price? Thank you so much. I'll be contacting you soon because I know there are more nasty pipes in my house that need attention. Now I have somebody to call who I can trust.

I can't say enough about Steve the plumber! When I had a high LADWP meter reading and suspected a burst pipe, he arrived promptly and meticulously investigated the issue. To my relief, he discovered it was a faulty reading after thorough testing. Not only that, but Steve also unclogged drains and fixed a toilet while he was here. His professionalism, expertise, and dedication to his craft were truly impressive. I highly recommend Steve for any plumbing needs you may have! After so many unreliable experiences with other people and companies, I FINALLY found my plumber!!

I noticed water in my back yard coming out of the tap connected to the sewer line on a Saturday. It was getting worse when I was doing laundry so I called a few plumbers. Steve was the most responsive and was able to get his staff over to do the job within an hour. The earliest the others were offering was by 3 pm Saturday or Monday morning.

Steve is also very knowledgeable about the Crescenta Valley area and immediately understood what my issue was.

I also asked around for quotes and Steve was in line with the going rate. His guys successfully unblocked our sewer line very quickly. They cleaned up nicely too afterward.

I would definitely call him again with any other plumbing needs.

Steve was very quick to respond and get all the info needed about our clogged sink. He sent someone the next day to come fix it, who was also fast and polite and professional. Turns out we had tree roots clogging the pipe, and we were given recommendations on how to prevent it in the future. The sink works wonderfully now, and we will definitely be using Advantage Plumbing for any future needs. They are very reasonably priced as well. Thanks for great and quick service!
