Owner Steve was referred to me by another plumber who couldn't get to my job. Steve was easy to communicate with by text, answered all of my questions and showed up on time (actually a little early, which is great). He's extremely personable and knows his trade. (Most tradesmen are not good listeners, but Steve was). In no time, he cleared a major clog in my irrigation drain. I hired him to jet the pipe, and he came out with a monster of a machine, and did exactly what he said he could do. I will definitely give him repeat business and highly recommend him if you're looking for an experienced, quality, professional plumber.

Had a small leak at the exposed pipe after the main line and a clogged dual vanity sink. Steve didn't waste any time. He got right to it and replaced the leaking section of the main and snaked the sink from the roof and it was all done in under 45min. Very happy with the service.

Steve did a great job at our house in La Canada. I accidentally flushed one of my daughter's toys down the toilet. He came to fix it on a Sunday, and was very honest and competitive with his pricing. Unfortunately, the toy kept deflating (allowing the toilet to flush), and re-inflating after Steve had left. We kept thinking the problem was fixed, only to find that after a few flushes, the problem persisted. Advantage Plumbing came out 2 more times, and worked with us to finally fix the problem. As frustrating as this situation was, Steve and his team had a great attitude, and were very pleasant to work with. I would recommend his team to anyone.

Trying to find a plumber right before a holiday weekend can be a bit of a hail Mary. Looking here on yelp produced call after call to a half dozen plumbers with nothing but empty promises of getting right back to me. I called Advantage Plumbing after my wife researched on Next Door. To my surprise Steve answered the phone right away. I explained to him the issue I was having with my water heater, and he said he was finishing up a job in LA, and would come and take a look. He showed up promptly, and introduced himself. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained the options. We agreed on a price, and he got to work right away prepping the water heater for replacement. Steve is efficient! While the tank was being drained, he broke apart all the connections, ran to the supply house to pick up parts, and had made a call for a new water heater to be delivered. By the time he got back with parts, the tank was empty, and the new water heater was pulling up my driveway. In a blink of an eye the old heater was swapped for the new. The install was clean, and quick. Steve uses Pro-Press, which not only speeds up the install, but also doesn't require flames. Steve is a pro, and the price paid was what I was expecting to pay from research I did online. Easy payment process using Zelle. Yes I could have installed the replacement myself to save a few bucks, but the value of not lugging heavy water heaters around, disposing of the old one, updating the install to current code (which I don't know), and the speed at which we had hot water was well worth the price. Steve even took the time to answer a few questions my wife had about whole-house water filtration systems. I cannot recommend Steve at Advantage Plumbing and Rooter more. This is a small local company, and Steve is professional, courteous, and knowledgable. Thanks Steve for the great work!

I was extremely impressed by Steve and his team. They did a wonderful job at installing the plumbing for my washer. Further, I had an emergency flood in my kitchen sink on Memorial Day and Steve came right away and unclogged the drain for me. Oh man! I have been looking for a great, reliable, honest, trustworthy plumber for what feels like FOREVER!! My real estate agent referred Steve to me and I am SO thankful! He always answers his phone and always responds to any message I've left. He has fixed countless things around my house and knows how to tackle any challenge that he faced and MOST importantly he is honest when something IS broken and needs to be fixed and is just as honest about when something is NOT broken and DOESN'T need to be fixed. We recently moved into a new home. About 4 months into our move-in, we discovered a major plumbing problem. I contacted Steve about the issue, and he responded very quickly to my request. Within a few days the problem was resolved.

We also had an issue crop up recently with a leak in our kitchen faucet. Steve called his colleague Daniel out to install a new faucet in our kitchen. They texted me images of faucet options and installed it very quickly that same day. They are reliable, honest and dependable. I highly recommend Advantage Plumbing and Rooter!

Steve and his crew are AWESOME ! It is very important as a Property Manager to have a really good plumber you can trust. Steve & crew are exactly that. We have used him many times for multiple units for multiple issues and have always been very satisfied with their work. They actually return calls and text messages and do their best to fit you into the schedule...PLUS they are 24 hours which is huge. I will and have referred them to anyone that asks me if I know a GOOD plumber.

We had a slow leak under the kitchen sink and our insta-hot hot water heater stopped working. I found Advantage plumbing on Yelp and took a look at their web page. The web page was very nicely done, good info and description of the business. I really believe that the quality of the web page is a reflection of how much the owner cares about his business and prefers to extend a good first impression.
I called the business and got Steve, the owner. He couldn't make it but would send Daniel, one of his employees. Daniel arrived later in the afternoon and was cordial and got right to work. He fixed a leak in one of the pipe connections, turned off the insta-hot to stop the leaking and quoted me a price for installation of a new insta-hot and faucet. I paid for a service call and advised that I would purchase a new insta-hot and call for another service call to install the set up. All in all, it was a very good experience and I will be contacting them again for the remaining portion of the job.
