Paco came out earlier than expected and quickly unstopped my mom's kitchen sink. He replaced a nut and washer to fix a leak in the pipes. He made sure the garbage disposal could run smoothly and thoroughly checked for leaks. She had thought her bathroom sink was clogged but it was simply due to a clogged wire mesh drain keeper. Paco removed it to show us there was no stoppage. Greatly appreciate an honest plumber. Paco was knowledgeable, polite, and patient. I will be spreading the news about Advantage Plumbing!

We had a water heater where the pilot light had extinguished a couple of times and was burning an orange flame (normal color is blue). The pilot light went out again on Christmas Eve Day which was also a Saturday so finding a plumber was more challenging than normal. We were able to easily get a hold of Steve and because of the potential hazard (an abnormal water heater flame can produce carbon monoxide), he rearranged his schedule and came to our house with a new water heater within an hour. I've worked with many plumbers in the past but have never experienced anyone with such a lightening fast response. Our tankless water heater started leaking at 2am on Sunday and Steve came that day to make sure we at least had access to cold water while he ordered a new unit to replace our damaged one. He called around to get our unit and even explored other options with us when we found out our unit was back ordered for 3 weeks. When the new one came in, he was able to install it quickly. We were remodeling our guest bathroom and as will happen, the schedule got pushed back way to close to when guests were arriving. Everything was down to the wire and all that was needed was the finish plumbing. Steve and his crew were able to make it all happen and get things up and running just in time! Owner Steve was referred to me by another plumber who couldn't get to my job. Steve was easy to communicate with by text, answered all of my questions and showed up on time (actually a little early, which is great). He's extremely personable and knows his trade. (Most tradesmen are not good listeners, but Steve was). In no time, he cleared a major clog in my irrigation drain. I hired him to jet the pipe, and he came out with a monster of a machine, and did exactly what he said he could do.
