I am a renter and needed a plumber urgently (isn't that always the case?) and Advantage Plumbing & Rooter were the first to respond to my request. I love my landlord but didn't want to have to get him involved this time as our sewer pipes have backed up on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, our pipes were finally completely busted - sewage leaking, all the lovely stuff. So I needed to call my landlord as the job was much more than anticipated. Kyle and Albert were amazing. They spoke with my landlord on the phone, were patient and helpful. They were in contact with their boss, Steve, often during their time here. I never felt uncomfortable and trusted their honest recommendations. I hope I won't need another plumber for a while but if I do, I know who I'll call!

I have used Steve and his team for three separate projects. He was the man for the job on all of them. When my wife and I bought our home, Steve was the guy our agent called in to inspect the sewer line and it was totally clogged. Steve and his team replaced about 40feet of sewer line and saved us the headache of having to deal with problems later. We also had faulty angle stops that he replaced a year later and helped us by replacing our whole home water filtration system to update the outside from PVC and Pex under the home to copper piping. His guys accidentally broke the manifold for the filtration system and he texted me right away telling me there would be no charge to come out and finish the job and that he would pay for the manifold. His prices are reasonable and he goes out of his way to make sure the quality of the work is top notch. Reasonable, dependable and efficient, I honestly cannot imagine using anyone else for my plumbing needs.

Excellent service! I bought a Waterdop under the sink filtration system, Amazon said it was easy to install. LOL well not for me. I just wanted a company that would give me a quote upfront and not do the whole ""come out for 60$+ and apply it to the cost if I choose them"". I described my sink situation and Steve gave me a quote right away. It was SUPER reasonable. Paco came out to install it, he was amazingly helpful, quick and all around nice. When it came time to pay, it was exactly what I was quoted. I appreciated their honesty and work ethic. I'll be going to them with all of my upcoming plumbing needs!

Just another note about how great Steve is to work with - today I realized that I had been sending Steve monthly payments thru Zelle meant for a different person with the same first name. My mistake. Totally stupid. I called Steve, explained the error, and he assured me that he'd refund my money. He didn't have to, and there was no way for me to force him to. But he did the honest and honorable thing, which gives you an idea of how much you can trust him. Thank you, Steve, for your decency and trustworthiness.

We just had a main water line emergency and Steve picked up the phone right away, figured out his team was in the area and had just finished at the client's house. They were at our house in under 10min from calling. It was providential! Upon pulling up, they rushed out of the truck and quickly got to work seeing the water gushing into our neighbors yard. The force of water will mean our bill is going to be a lot, but I'm incredibly grateful they were able to fix the problem so quickly and didn't charge us an arm or leg. I've never used them before but I'll be calling in future.

In my brief experience with Steve, he has demonstrated he really cares about customer service. He sent out his guys and they worked their tails off fixing my problem. Additionally, he is very accommodating and reasonably priced. This is a man who lives on his reputation, and it's a good one. I would recommend them.

Steve, Johnny, and Jorge really came through for us in a big way. We'd had Steve out to give us some estimates on a bunch of different little projects we needed done, and then in the meantime we had a water emergency in the bathroom, and he was able to get Johnny and Jorge out here within an hour, fixing a pipe leak that would have become a huge problem. Everything was done within a couple hours, and Steve gave us a very fair price for the job. We're grateful and will definitely be using Advantage again for the rest of our projects.

The shower is a lot better now that the galvanized pipes are gone. The copper pipe is great!

Advantage Plumbing was contacted on Tuesday and arrived to our condo Wednesday 7am (next day) to fix our bathroom toilet. Victor was friendly and explained the problem and solved it quickly. Service was efficient and professional and I recommend them.
