Danielle W.We had a new house built and hired them. They did not check the plumbing in the whirlpool tub before installing it, and it began leaking to the inside wall. They refuse to fix it, and so we have not been able to use it even as a tub now, only as a shower. It was under warranty, and they did not care and ignored us. Do not recommend them.
Dennis R.Things get complicated, but trying to get Advantage Plumbing & Heating back to service what they sold me 7 years ago was not possible. Too busy and too few people available is the story I received. The unit was installed OK, I guess, but other professionals that looked at the system did disagree. The main issue was components installed in the wrong placement and order, as pointed up by several other professional plumbers. The key screw-up was a little accumulator tank that was located in the wrong side of the system. This tank failed, and damaged the $1650.00 on-demand water heater's secondary heat exchanger.
