Had a clogged, 12 inch drain tlle under our driveway. An artesian stream runs from the back hill under the driveway to the Lake. As a result of the clog, our driveway was flooded and it came close to flooding our garage floors, Advantage sent to service guys the day after I called, and a separate truck with a huge pump and power spraying capability. They used the up to 8000psi pump to shot a powerful stream of water into both ends of the drain tile. It took about 45 minutes to unclog and clean the tile. They used all of their 400 gallon water tank and did a great job! About $600.

Nick and Jayce were friendly, punctual, and assisted us in resolving questions on the downspout drains at LeValley United Methodist Church. We have been having water in our church basement off and on for years, and no one in our current congregation was sure of where these lines were located to allow us to come up with a plan to resolve this issue. Nick was methodical and problem solved in a systematic way to rule in or out the potential causes of our drainage problem. He kept us informed as he was working, allowed our input or questions, and appeared to truly care about solving this problem. We would definitely recommend this company for your drainage issues.

Advantage has been at my house several times after a referral from a friend. They dug up my basement along the wall, installed a tile to a new pit and sump pump. Work was very professional, fast, clean up was great. They also ran a hot water recirculation line to the kitchen faucet for instant hot water and later installed a pump for circulation. Also ran lines to my pool house to heat the pool in the spring/summer using the outdoor wood burner. Have worked with their employee Nick many times. Always professional and on time. Great company to work with, always upfront. Highly recommended.

We contracted this company at the end of Aug. 2014 to clear the underground drainage lines running from our house. They said they could do the job. They appeared on 2 seperate occasions to clear our lines. Total cost of around $600. In the spring of 2015 our front yard had a puddle and a small hole in which water bubbled up when it rained. I contacted this company hoping they would come out and evaluate the situation because they were just here last fall. They said that the problem I was having was not due to their work and they would charge an addition $79 dollars for a service call and then give me a new estimate.

Not happy with their resolution, I called someone else. They found that the line had been severed and reattached with just a cut piece of tile. I am now spending another $800+ to have this fixed. The new company will use a solid drainage pipe and secure the attachments.

For the above reasons, I would discourage anyone from using this company.
