Update: The next day the owner came but did not fix anything. He offered to come back out another day. Since he seemed sincere I decided to give him another chance. He setup time to come out a week later. He eventually said he could be at my house at 1pm and I confirmed. Texted at 12:40pm to see if he was still coming. Nothing. Texted at 2pm to see if he was still coming. Nothing. Texted at 3:30. Nothing. Ghosted again. Unbelievable. Cannot believe I fell for it twice. Not going to happen a third time.

They tackled a job where a pressure tank in a toilet had to be replaced. The toilet was in a tight spot making it a little difficult to work in. It's been almost a week and everything's working perfectly.

James and his team are absolutely amazing. As a young female, sometimes it's hard to find reliable and honest service providers, and let me tell you Advantage Plumbing and Drain will be the ONLY plumbing company I will ever be using for all my rentals.
James is so honest, reliable, full of integrity, and great at what he does.
I had multiple emergency hazardous gas leaks in my new rental, and I got a response from him almost immediately, and he was out at my location within 24 hours. He is definitely for the people. He took time to make sure I understood the project that needed to happen and for that I'm grateful for him and his company. On top of that, his pricing is great. I highly, Highly, HIGHLY recommend Advantage ""Angel"" Plumbing & Drain Company, and the owner, J.R. aka Jud (714) 292-1164. Call him for a quote!!! He is the kindest, nicest, most honest man, as well as being a man of his word. He has excellent communication skills, is very professional, cleaned up afterward, and best of all, he is honest and good, and he will work with you. I requested a quote from him to fix our leaking kitchen sink piping, and he came out the same day, Monday 9/9/24. He gave me his quote, which was more than fair. He was ready to fix the leak, but money is super tight, like to the penny (I had to get my car fixed first), and I told him that I would call him in the beginning of October, when our money came in. He worked with me and said he would go ahead and fix the leak right now. I was so touched that this stranger would be so incredibly kind to me and my family. The work ended up being more involved than Jud originally thought, as is often the case with plumbing. He ended up going home, getting his drain snake tool, and snaking the piping. He should have charged me way more, and I was willing to pay him more, but he stuck to his original quote. I told him I would at least pay half the cost, but he said nope, he wouldn't take it. He stuck to his original quote. Who does that, especially these days??? I am so grateful to him and for him. Jud has a customer for life, and I will recommend him to everyone that I know. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jud!!!
