Dale and his crew were at our house @ 9:45 to install a tank-less hot water heater and were gone by lunch. They did an excellent job! Came when they said they would; did the work quickly and efficiently; answered every question we had; cleaned up after themselves; and installed a better grade heater than what we had originally agreed upon without charging any extra. I have already recommended them to another and will continue to do so...as well as to continue to use them for our future plumbing needs. Great service!

This is regarding Advantage Plumbing located in Anderson, SC, owned by Dale Mitchell. If you are on a fixed income, or have to watch your expenses, DON""""T call these guys. I did at the recommendation of a neighbor. They sent a young man the day after I called, fixed the two pipes under my sink and a leaking drain pipe under the house which came down from the toilet. John Michael was the young man who did the work. He seemed to do a good job (time will tell.) He was mannerly and professional, completed the work expeditiously - in about 45 minutes. Then he socked me with a $600 invoice. I couldn't believe my eyes. I know plumbing work is high, but I was expecting a $250 - $300 expense. I will not be calling them again.

Over the holidays the mother-in-law did something to our only bathroom. There were four of us in a one bathroom house after Thanksgiving. You do the math... Advantage plumbing came right away after every other company wouldnt due to the holiday. Did a great job. Saved the day. Thank you so much.

These folks are awesome. We had a plumbing issue on the weekend just before a fundraising event for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS). Dale was prompt, attentive to our needs, and creative with his solution to our problem. When he finished, he wouldn't even take our money. He asked that we donate his fee back to the LLS. I hope everyone reading this review that needs a good plumber will call Advance Plumbing. I know I will!

e called Advantage Plumbing & Drain service on Friday before Independence Day to deal with an emergency water leak and wasn't sure if we would be able to get someone out due to the holiday. I was able to get someone to answer the phone and left a message for a return call from the tech. Dale called me right back and told me that he could stop by in a hour and a half. He was right on time and was able to resolve our issue. Dale was very personable, knowledgeable and did a great job fixing some very old plumbing. I highly recommend him and his company for any plumbing repairs!

I've known Dale for years. His son is at my house now to fix a smelly leaky line from the kitchen sink. They are both good guys, do the highest possible work. I will continue to use Dale and son as long as they are around and I have plumbing issues.

What started out as big mess this afternoon was thankful resolved super quick thanks to Jeff and Ethan with Advanced Plumbing! Within a few short hours of the backed up pipes putting water everywhere we were able to clean everything and minimize any damage! Call them with hot water pressure issue at 4 p.m. on a Friday, Jeff showed up at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday and removed and replaced the bad water heater. Done by 11:30. Friendly and professional!
