e called Advantage Plumbing & Drain service on Friday before Independence Day to deal with an emergency water leak and wasn't sure if we would be able to get someone out due to the holiday. I was able to get someone to answer the phone and left a message for a return call from the tech. Dale called me right back and told me that he could stop by in a hour and a half. He was right on time and was able to resolve our issue. Dale was very personable, knowledgeable and did a great job fixing some very old plumbing. I highly recommend him and his company for any plumbing repairs!

These folks are awesome. We had a plumbing issue on the weekend just before a fundraising event for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS). Dale was prompt, attentive to our needs, and creative with his solution to our problem. When he finished, he wouldn't even take our money. He asked that we donate his fee back to the LLS. Dale and his crew were at our house @ 9:45 to install a tank-less hot water heater and were gone by lunch. They did an excellent job! Came when they said they would; did the work quickly and efficiently; answered every question we had; cleaned up after themselves; and installed a better grade heater than what we had originally agreed upon without charging any extra. I have already recommended them to another and will continue to do so...as well as to continue to use them for our future plumbing needs. Great service!

Call them with hot water pressure issue at 4 p.m. on a Friday, Jeff showed up at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday and removed and replaced the bad water heater. Done by 11:30. Friendly and professional!
