We had a clog in our toilet and I called at 7:15am and had a call back at 7:30am. Advantage plumbing arrived at 8:15am and found the clog after removing the toilet from the floor. They were up front and honest, fair and cleaned up their mess. Not to mention friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

This is regarding Advantage Plumbing located in Anderson, SC, owned by Dale Mitchell. If you are on a fixed income, or have to watch your expenses, DON""""T call these guys. I did at the recommendation of a neighbor. They sent a young man the day after I called, fixed the two pipes under my sink and a leaking drain pipe under the house which came down from the toilet. John Michael was the young man who did the work. He seemed to do a good job (time will tell.) He was mannerly and professional, completed the work expeditiously - in about 45 minutes. Then he socked me with a $600 invoice. I couldn't believe my eyes. I know plumbing work is high, but I was expecting a $250 - $300 expense. I will not be calling them again.

I've known Dale for years. His son is at my house now to fix a smelly leaky line from the kitchen sink. They are both good guys, do the highest possible work. I will continue to use Dale and son as long as they are around and I have plumbing issues.

I fired my GC who had a horrible plumber destroying my house. I called and made an appointment to have Dale (owner) see if he could fix my disaster. FYI I had no hot water in my shower, the drain was clogged and two sinks needed to be completely re-plumbed. Dale came by with his helper Jeff and fixed the shower and drain so I could live. The rest of my issues needed to be scheduled in as a lot of work needed to be done. They refused to take any money from me and said I could pay when everything was done. They showed up as scheduled, worked tirelessly, corrected all my drain pipes under the house, added my garbage disposal, plumbed the sinks, plumbed a stove pipe for my dryer exhaust all in a half day. What everybody said could not be done they did. Dale is an experienced plumber doing things the old fashion way (correctly) what a novelty. Great work, fair price and you have a plumber you can depend on for life. Thanks Dale and Jeff.

e called Advantage Plumbing & Drain service on Friday before Independence Day to deal with an emergency water leak and wasn't sure if we would be able to get someone out due to the holiday. I was able to get someone to answer the phone and left a message for a return call from the tech. Dale called me right back and told me that he could stop by in a hour and a half. He was right on time and was able to resolve our issue. Dale was very personable, knowledgeable and did a great job fixing some very old plumbing. I highly recommend him and his company for any plumbing repairs!
