We recently had Advantage plumbing install two toilets, two faucets, and all new shut off valves. Scott wrote up the estimate and Andre and Kip performed the work. Andre came back a few days later to fix a minor issue. They along with the office staff were professional, friendly, courteous, and competent. They were responsive and quickly scheduled us to get the job done. Although the price tag was a bit steep the quality of the work and the experience was excellent and I believe they will stand behind their work.

Jodi from Advantage responded via Yelp very quickly and scheduled us with an appointment for 130pm the next day and would try to get us in earlier if possible

The techs arrived at 10 am and walked us through our options. From the option conversation through cometion of work was less than 90 minutes and that included picking up the water heater from another location

I thought the communication was great, prices reasonable and employees friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new water heater

I had a problem that I was unable to figure out around sitting water in my vent ducts. Ben came on time and spent an hour diagnosing the issue. After great lengths to determine a cause; The issue was determined that it was not a plumbing issue but rather HVAC or siding/concrete foundation leak. The fact that he spent helping and then offering suggestions indicates to be that expertise they have if I had the issue. I plan to use them going forward

We had a serious drain issue and advantage plumbing was able to fix it. They were fair priced and very responsive. Jason and Cody were excellent. Jason was able to troubleshoot and uncover 2 other plumbing issues in the house and he was able to fix them both during the same service call. These guys are highly recommended. I will always call them first for any plumbing needs I have.

These guys are great! They did some work on our toilets 18 months ago. Due to our hard water, the toilets started acting up again. I called. They came out the next day and fixed everything for free!
The original work had a 12 month warranty and the new issue clearly wasn't their fault. Talk about excellent customer service!

I usually never give reviews but felt the need to do give these guys a review. We had a leak in our basement and called Advantage. What's great about this place is that they're super responsive and were able to send a really friendly plumber over right away.

What the biggest issue I have with these guys is we spent almost $300 for an hour of the plumbers time to find the issue and essentially block the issue but not fix it. So essentially I spent $300 for the guy to put a stop to the leak and now got a quote from another plumber who said he'll actually fix the issue in $250 and said we should've called him first. The other plumber I called actually laughed when I said that Advantage came in and stopped the issue but didn't fix it and asked well why didn't they fix It? For $300 you would expect the issue to be resolved. So I'm very disappointed with this place and would not recommend them.

Again, the plumber was nice. And seemed knowledgeable. But I don't know why we paid so much money for our issue to not get resolved.

Wow!! I had an plumbing and sewer emergency about a month ago, a main line of the sewer was backing up into my laundry and furnace room. As a somewhat newer home owner I was at a loss and in a panic and just called around until I found someone that could help me sooner rather than later.

Well, Advantage Plumbing and Sewer came to my rescue. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job at my house, they were nothing but helpful, punctual, and offered five star customer service.

Ben was the gentleman that was sent to help me. Let me tell you, Ben is simply amazing. From the start he put my mind at ease that everything would be okay, he was beyond friendly, his experience spoke volumes, and you better believe that if I need any plumbing help in the future, I'm calling and asking for Ben! Thank you for making a crappy situation a little less crappy. Five stars all around!
