He took the time to explain everything, and gave me what felt like an honest opinion. Professional, and not just drumming up business for the company. Will do business with them again.

We had a frozen and burst pipe yesterday in this cold and I got Joe's number from a friend of a family friend. He and his partner Nick were fast, very friendly and didn't want to leave until he took a look at the whole system and made sure we were good.

He ended up giving us a brief overview on our terribly done pipes, guessed (correctly!) that there was another freeze in the heating pipes (no heat on one entire side of the house) and stayed just long enough to show us how to thaw the system.

Just before he left, we did thaw it and another pipe burst in our radiator. He and Nick got right to it and saved us a ton of time, money and sanity.

I couldn't be more pleased or impressed with these guys. Very professional, but friendly, informative, and - above all - fair. When you call a plumber in a panic, you think that you're going to get taken to the cleaner's and that that's just how it is, but I feel like Joe really did us right and I'll absolutely be calling him come springtime to fix my piping layout permanently.

installed 2 gas boilers in my rental building. great work . great service. does exactly what the contract said he would do. if you have any problems with the installation he comes right back and fixes it. best of all his crew cleans up afterwards.

I thought these guys were great in the work they did. They came right away, found and replaced multiple frozen pipes and got the heating system back up and running. They rearranged another appointment and reassured me that they would stay until the problem was addressed, which was really important on that cold winter day. They answered all of my many questions and had to be persistent and keep ""working the problem"" to find where the last frozen spot in the pipes was. Their rates were $140/hr for 2 people (plumber and assistant plumber) - not sure how that compares with other plumbers, but wanted to pass that along.

Called to ask for help on routine maintenance on a steam heating system. The advice we got was that we needed to change the entire system in the entire house. The only work done was to dust off some electronics. And charged 200$ for this. I really wouldn't trust them with anything after this.
