Todd S.Predatory sales people. placing contract with elderly people and then shifting the contract to a parent company in Texas. Advantage Experts is their name. Very very expensive contract and not willing to negotiate out of the contract.
I have spent about 8 hours on hold and with different representatives with Orangutan and Advantage. No one seems to care about how to exit the contract. Instead they do a UCC Lien filing one week before closing date for the sale of my mom's home.
