I would highly recommend avoiding this company if at all possible. Advantage Air installed my parent's septic system in August. During the install the company damaged the drain tile, resulting in water flooding into the basement causing thousands of dollars in damage. We had two other septic companies out to the property, both confirming Advantage Air was at fault. We gave Advantage Air multiple opportunities to make the situation right. Unfortunately they have refused to acknowledge their mistake, and left my elderly parents to cover the cost. ""Beware of this company as they have taken no action to correct the repairs or contribute to damages.""

They installed a furnace twice the size that was necessary, and not what they quoted me. Due to this, the humidity in my home has been consistently 79 or more percent, causing mold throughout as well as harming my health. This was following the incomplete installation, damaging my walls and adding additional holes to both the interior and exterior, cutting and altering wires because they knew it was too big for my house and leaving their garbage everywhere. I tried having them come out and fix it, but when they left it still didn't work properly and I received a substantial bill for the visit. When I reached out to them about this and the improper install, I received horrible treatment, and the owner will not have a documented conversation with me. I have requested my money back, si a real contractor can fix this, with no response. I have been reaching out and begging for help for 7 months, and been ignored or treated terribly. I am sick constantly due to this, but they do not care. I have had 2 other professionals confirm my fears, and they were mortified at what they saw and heard. I cannot afford to sue, I am trapped with no way out.

I called on Friday afternoon, Dec 2nd for a tech to come out, he did and let me know it couldn't be fixed until Monday.... I've since had a tech out five more times (Tuesday, Thursday X 2 and Friday x 2) and the tankless hot water heater has broken down again. I called today and was told that Advantage Air does not stand behind their repair work and that I should contact the manufacturer and/or installation company. I've paid out a lot of money and spent ten days essentially to back at square one. They didn't even offer to send a supervisor out to double check the work done. They also bled the gas line Friday afternoon and didn't tell us, causing us to notice a strong gas smell and call the gas company to come check for leaks. There was ZERO compassion from the person I spoke to on the phone today.
