We'd been having chronic issues with our main line in our 1950-built house and knew it was time for a more permanent solution. We had been calling out various ""rooter"" services over the past several years, putting off the inevitable main line replacement.

After researching other Yelp reviews, we settled on the local professionals, Advanced Trenchless, and their ""pipe burst"" method as opposed to a labor-intensive trench digging process. The owner was quick to come out, do a thorough inspection, explain their technology, and then provide us a detailed estimate. There were no high-pressure sales tactics or dire predictions if we did not commit early. Just an honest, straightforward estimate. We had no hesitations about moving forward. We wound up waiting over two months to commit, as the COVID-19 pandemic hit soon after we requested the estimate. There were no questions asked and the original estimate was honored.

Once we committed, scheduling was fast (again, coming out of the most strict of the COVID-19 restrictions). Advanced Trenchless took care of the necessary permits, explained exactly where they were going to dig, and assured us the work would likely even be completed within a day.

True to their word, even upon discovering that additional work would be necessary as a result of prior work that had been done in the 1980s which necessitated digging a trench for an additional line coming from the house and replacing a piece of concrete walkway, they completed the entire job in one day. It even started raining rather heavily later in the day and they were fully prepared. It was truly an impressive operation, particularly considering the heavy demolition and repair work necessary to our street (where the main line connects to the city system).

Some (not uncommon) incidental damage to our sprinkler system was repaired following the completion of work. Our plumbing system is working flawlessly and we're no longer stressed about having guests over for fear of an embarrassing backup. This is not an inexpensive job, but for us was worth the investment over the next several decades.

We couldn't be happier and highly recommend this locally owned company for any main line replacement. It was apparent to us that they take great pride in their work and have earned the rave reviews.

Top notch company! Quick to respond and provided a fast, fair and free estimate to replace my almost 70 year old sewer lateral. Not only did they provide the best price, they were able to schedule the job within a week of bid acceptance. And even though it turned that I had two separate lines at the foundation that merged to the lateral, there were no additional charges. The crew arrived when they said they would and finished an hour ahead of schedule the same day. I can rest assured that I will never have to deal with the inconvenience of a clogged line and rooter call. As a bonus, they also provided photos of their progress. I highly recommend their service!

Incredible company! From the lady who answered the phone and gave me a quote, the user experience of their dispatch text with gps tracking of their plumber, to Gene the plumber: they all gave the best possible customer experience possible at the best price (I called every plumber in the east bay). Gene was thorough with explaining what he was doing and what he was finding while he worked. He went above and beyond just clearing my sewer line. He showed me the status of my house's cast iron plumbing, where the sewer line goes, and the condition of the line along with the condition of all the joints. I will definitely be hiring their services again.

I had AT replace my sewer and cleanout today in Vallejo. Crew was prompt, polite, friendly, and most importantly great craftsman!!! They did a big job and did it well! Highly recommended.

We called this company after another company had spent 3 days trying to unplug our very long sewer line. We were looking at spending 18K because they thought we had a broken line about 16 feet deep. I don't blame the other company because years ago we had another company tell us that it was going to break. They came out to give us an estimate on the job because the other company was going to have to get OSHA approved, so they recommended calling Advanced Trenchless. The short story is they put the camera down and boom our problems were over. The company that put in our sewer line had put a pee trap 16 - 18 feet down, no one can explain why that was done but that has been the issue all these years. They cleaned out our line and charge us nothing because they came out to give us an estimate and because they needed the camera to give us a good estimate they inadvertently cleared the line. We were more than willing to pay for their services but they said no. Even if they charged we would be writing letting everyone know what professional team they are.

Wonderful people and company to work with!
I called these folks due to a blocked line that wouldn't allow my toilet to flush and they were quick, reliable, efficient, and fair priced.
Michael came to my home with a trainee and while they worked they kept my Mother, who was on sight, aware of the problem and how they intended to fix it. They were in and out within an hour and a half and we couldn't be happier!
Advanced Trenchless provided us with a two hour time frame which was appreciative as well as sending an email and text reminder of the appointment the day of and the day before. The day of I also received a text with the name and photo of the specialist who would be coming out, extremely appreciative!
Overall, we are happy with the service we received and would recommend them.

Contracted for sewer line trenchless replacement in contra costa county. They left work undone for months, we had to call them several times before they responded, wanted payment even though contract says payment at completion, wanted to add thousands $ more before they will complete their work. Original contract cost was very high compare to another company.

We hired them due to yelp reviews and regretted it. This is why we want to let other know on yelp about our disappointments with this outfit. Hopefully others will be wiser from our experience.

11/15/19. To respond to Advanced Trenchless, the work location was in Contra Costa County by Advanced Trenchless,. Work started and stretched out for 9 months for trenchless sewer replacement by Advanced Trenchless,. The same job would take other companies 1 to 4 days.

They came in and fixed broken sewer line in 1 day. They handled all the permits and it was a very smooth process. Very pleased with the experience.

I called and made an appt. with this company and they arrived and did a free inspection and submitted a written estimate.

I later called back to try to schedule the man that came out and told me he would be the one to do the work. The woman that answered the phone was not real patient and said she would dispatch a message to the man and have him call me back.

I emailed this man as well to the address on his business card.
I NEVER received a return email AND I NEVER received a phone call back from him.

I made an assumption that they/he were not interested in my small ($250.00) job since there was no responses.
I won't recommend a company that doesn't return calls and respond to emails.
