These guys are amazing, competent and honest. We had one plumber tell us we had multiple offsets and needed to pull a new sewer line. Scott came out, put a camera down the line and found that we did not need to replace the line. He came out did all that as part of the free estimate. His estimate was $0. How often do have a pro come out and tell you that you really do not need to do the work.

He knew all the codes and requirements for our area. Showed up on time and was smart and courteous. They certainly earned a customer here. I will hire these guys in a heartbeat for any plumbing work they will do.

History / Why / Process (breakdown):

- For all you homeowners selling your home (built in 1980's) in West Contra Costa County.... you will need to conduct a sewer inspection. If your sewer line is not perpendicular to the City sewer line HONEY you will need to fix prior to selling your home - OMG really... $$$

- My dad was calling all sewer repair companies from the Bay Area to Sacramento and he saw reviews on Yelp for Advanced Trenchless (5 stars across the board)

- This company made the process seamless....... Provided the quote, Fix the Sewer Line to be up to code ($3,800 WORTH IT), worked with the City for approval and sign off (customer has no interaction with the City), staff communicated with the customer status (approved, repatch the grass lawn, and what to expect) & lastly city provided us (customer) via mail the hard copy of the sign off...ALL in 1 DAY

Ladies and Gay Men - the workers are easy on the eyes too (cute, hott, and muscular)..... Ohhh I wished he fixed my LINE - ok I need to stop before Yelp suspends my account again lol......

I dreaded dealing with having to do a sewer lateral after purchasing my new home, but it was the easiest part of the renovations. Ryan was great, and even my contractor was impressed. Completely smooth and no worries. Now if they could have handled all my renovations!

Yesterday Advanced Trenchless finished a two day job putting new sewer pipes in from our house to the main line. We had the original clay pipes which had many blockages because of roots and cracks.

I got bids from three vendors and they were the highest, but not by too much. I picked them because of the thoroughness of their analysis and attention to detail. The job they did was very thorough and professional I told them when they left that no one could tell that they had been there, it looked so good.

I definitely recommend this company.

Very impressed with Advanced Trenchless. Showed up on time, video'ed my pipe, told be exactly what needed fixing (root intrusion on either end of a 5' section of pipe right under my front yard). Gave me an estimate on fixing it without even trying to bill me for the inspection. A few days later I decided to sign up for the service as outlined.

They showed up at 8:00am sharp on repair day, and had it done and looking great by the end of the day. Even did their best to restore the rock layer on top and replaced the ornamental stones that had been moved to access the pipe. Great job. guys.

I can't say enough about how great this company is. I live in Lafayette and the crew that just finished my sewer lateral was fantastic. They worked so hard and even through a down poor of a rain storm. They explained everything and finished the job within the time frame. They left my yard looking better than when they started. Overall, super impressed with advanced trench less and take my advice and use them . A huge thanks to the crew of four that came to my house. I have to give Advanced Trenchless 5 stars even though technically I haven't paid for their services (hang on, Yelp QC, I swear this is legit). I made an appointment for a free quote on having a sewer lateral replaced in Kentfield, not wholly sure if the lateral actually needed to be replaced (it seemed that previous owners may have done so, but there was no record of a pressure test). Advanced Trenchless was able to come in immediately, and Ryan (the technician) was great about calling me on his way to the appointment. Here's the best part, though: Ryan was able to tell that the lateral had been replaced, and he even went the extra step of calling the Ross Valley Sanitary District to ascertain that we were all good. So yes, I didn't pay anything, but I saved a lot thanks to his diligence and honesty. You can bet I will call Advanced Trenchless for any future plumbing/lateral needs.

We have a very long (~400 foot) sewer line under our driveway with trees growing alongside the whole way. Over the last eight years periodically we have had to clean out the sewer, only to have it back up again, the latest time on new years day. I received trenchless replacement quotes from several places, and all were comparable. The professionalism and care exhibited by Advanced Trenchless won them the work. They did not disappoint. They arrived on time, did the work exactly as quoted, and even came in under budget. Everyone I spoke with knew what they were talking about and all were on the same page. Highly recommended.
