When I suspected some problems with our sewer lateral, Advanced Trenchless (AT) was one of 3 companies I requested an estimate from (based from a neighborhood recommendation). Of the 3, AT had the most organized communication method (text and emails, complete with pictures of their technicians) and the most thorough estimate. Vince V, who gave the estimate, gave clear explanations and cost estimates for different problem scenarios. Chris R., who did the sewer maintenance work, was efficient. I'm happy that the problem turned out to be a small one, but also feel that AT did an excellent job evaluating it and outlining next steps so that there were no surprises.

This worst company. Do not believe in their estimate. They give you a low estimate, and you finish to pay $2000 more. I tell you this in my own experience , and that happened to somebody else who I know. They finished my job and more then one month, and after that they didn't sent the fibal job to waste water until I report them and waste water call them. Waste water tall them then they have to sent the papers to them right away they have finished the job. Finaly I wait almost two month to get waste water certicate. I recomend highly country coneccion from el sobrante. I regretted not have acept their job, after the hard time I pass with this people.

I have to give these folks 5 stars, even though I ended up going with another company (simply due to $). They have been an absolute dream to work with. They came out promptly, kept me in the loop on their schedule (they even texted with a photo of the tech who would be on site to let me know he was on his way--who does that???), did a thorough investigation and measurement, made sure I completely understood what they were seeing and the impacts on my home, gave me a prompt quote, and then followed up to see if I had any questions about the quote. We did decide to go with another company simply on price, but based on my experience with Advanced Trenchless, I would trust them completely. They were honest, timely, with great knowledge and follow-up, and made sure I had a complete understanding. Seriously awesome folks. After the nightmare of our sewer situation (8 plumbers on site in the course of 2 weeks and over $1,000 spent just trying to get a diagnosis), Advanced Trenchless was a breath of fresh air.

Advanced Trenchless (AT) is efficient and professional. We had to replace the sewer lateral on a recently purchased home and also deal with an old abandoned septic tank. AT handled all the permits (2 from the county and 1 from the city) and they had a crew on site within a week. We were happy that the ""trenchless"" process meant that our lawn and garden were not disturbed. The foreman Gil did a great job keeping us updated on progress.

I got two bids for this job, and the AT bid was significantly below the other company's. The final bill matched the bid exactly. AT also provides a 20 year warranty on materials and workmanship.

They made a large and complex project as painless as possible for the homeowner and we appreciate it!!

Yesterday, I hired a different company to come out for a sewer line maintenance cleaning. They hit resistance in the line, used a camera scope, saw water and told me that it means I had a broken sewer line and needed to replace it, which would cost thousands of dollars. A neighbor had recently used Advanced Trenchless, so I called them for a second opinion. Kevin was my technician and he reported that my line was backed up and needed a cleaning. Interesting, since that is what I paid a different company to do yesterday. I decided to pay Advanced Trenchless to clean it this time, in hopes it would be done right. Kevin was super diligent and committed to getting it handled, which involved him cleaning out my line twice, as it was blocked with tree roots. He removed the roots and the line is all clear now. The best news, using his camera scope, he determined that there were NO breaks in my sewer pipe as the other company reported. The company I previously called either tried to take advantage of me, was lazy or negligent. Whichever the case, Advanced Trenchless earned my respect and trust. They are professional, experienced, reliable and honest. As a result, they will get all my future business and I will gladly recommend them.

I asked them for an estimate to replace my sewer lateral to compare to one I had already obtained for $16,000 & instead was told after they TV'd the line it only needed cleaning and cost was $209! It hadn't ever been cleaned in 60 years & only backed up once 20 years ago so surely the first plumbers were trying to take me.
