My drains were clogged and I had no use of the toilets, shower, sinks, dishwasher and washing machine-- needless to say, this was very disruptive. Jay was recommended by a local plumbing company and I couldn't be happier. Jay arrived on time, diagnosed where the problem was likely to be, and had to dig and cut roots to get down to the spot where the clog was. It took, from his arrival to all systems back on line, about an hour and a half. I thought his rate was reasonable, given the magnitude of the impact this problem had and the unpleasant nature of the job. He was pleasant, clearly knowledgeable and wasted no time figuring out the problem and solving it. I definitely would recommend him to others, and will use him again if anything like this ever happens to me again. I've already shared his contact information with my neighbors. Skills like his are to be valued!

Jay came to our house this morning to help fix our kitchen sink. He was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable about how to remedy our plumbing problem. He explained everything he was doing as he worked to solve the issues we were having. I was very impressed with his professionalism and would recommend him highly.

Jay Rocha came to my house to clear my sewer drain, quoted me a price that I thought was too high but what was I suppose to do. $85 service charge and $350 to clean the drain. I asked if there was a warranty on the service and he said it was good for 30 days. 4 days later the problem returned and I called jay back to ask him would he come back and re-clean my drains again he told me yes know problem but I can't come now. He told me he would come tomorrow morning I said that would work but he was a know show. I haven't seen jay or heard from him since. I paid a lot of money for a service I never received. I don't trust people easily and this contractor confirmed my reason why. I remember he insisted on me making the check out to his personal name instead of the business name. There is nothing about this person that made me feel comfortable. I had to call another plumber to come out and complete the job. Don't trust Jay Rocha he will take advantage of every situation he can. I don't recommend him at all.

Do not trust this man. He is extremely dishonest. I had a kitchen drain serviced about three years ago and he did an amazing job and I remember the cost of labor was fair. Then last year, our main sewer line was clogged and backing into the house. I contacted him to see when he could come out. He stated the next day. He was a no show. I made several attempts to reach out and eventually he called me back, in which he stated to be intoxicated and unable to drive to my city and complete work, he was also in the middle of a move. He told me he would come the next day, I asked him what time I should expect him as I needed to leave for the airport that evening. I was flying across the country to bury my father in law. Next day, again, no show, no call. I was furious. I called several times. He eventually called me back, swore up and down he would be there the next day and when I told him I would need to have someone else be present as I was heading to the airport, he had the audacity to get pissed at me and annoyed that I never informed him of this! Fast forward to the next, I was desperate to get this taken care of, he arrived, attempted to clear the main sewer line from the clean out, was not working. Had to dig up the septic lid (2.5 feet deep). Cleaned it out from there. Charged me roughly $600!!!! I was beside myself. Then he got pissed because I made the check out to his business and not to him personally. Seriously, go to anyone other than this man. He is a con artist with money problems.

On 1/2/23 Jay Rocha performed sewer cleaning at my residence. At the time only the kitchen side of the house was blocked. He quoted the work as a job lump sum of $175 to route and clean my sewer and a $75 service charge. Jay was here less than 40 minutes.

On the morning of 1/6/23 I called Jay and told that now the bathroom side of the house was backed up in toilets flowing back up into showers, tub and toilets for both bathrooms. I told I wanted him come out and don't feel another service fee should be charged as the either cause and effect of the rotor route on 1/2 or the job was completed. He said he would be out Monday 1/9

On 1/9 I called him four times to see when he would be out he didn't answer. On the last message at 11 am I told him if I didn't hear from him by 11:30 I would call another sewer cleaning.

I called Coast Drain Cleaning at 11:30 they had a man in the area and he showed up at 12. He quickly identified the problem The cleanout in the yard was for going to the street, their is another cleanout near the house for cleaning out back to kitchen area and also the bathrooms. In between the cleanouts there is a backflow preventer, the flapper on the backflow preventer was broken. The between the house cleanout and backflow preventer was clogged with waste causing the bathroom backup and restricting from the kitchen to the street. Prior to his arrival I let the kitchen sink run and couldn't see flow into the second cleanout and water starting flowing out of the bathroom sink trap connection which I had disconnected. What this shows is the work by Advanced Sewer on 1/2/23 was incomplete and caused a backup at the backflow preventer, possibly the router broke the flapper.

On 1/11/23 Jay said he would refund the $250 and I texted him my address. Several calls and texts since and I haven't received the refund of $250 as 3/9/23. I haven't received a refund

We had an emergency flooding situation at our vacation rental. We called multiple plumbers in the area, and Jay was the only one who was prepared to come that day and help us. He provided outstanding service and a fair rate while completely saving the day! I highly recommend him & plan to keep him on speed dial.

Jay came to my house today and helped me clear my drains that were clogged in my bathroom.
I called so many plumbers in this town and no one wanted to do it.
I guess drain cleaning is beneath most of them. And many of them are charging ridiculous prices trying to rip you off as much as they can.
After calling a few of them I stumbled upon Jay.
He was more than willing to come out and clear the drains for a very reasonable price. He charged the same price that my retired plumber who is well known in this town used to charge me.
I was so surprised that there was nobody here willing to even do something like this, this is a normal function in every house and apartment that I remember living in a city. Maybe just not in Lincoln City or Otis.

I would highly, highly recommend him to everyone. He is extremely professional, very nice and did a great job. He has been a plumber for a very long time just not here in Oregon so he is very wise at what he does.

We were having some major plumbing problems in our motorhome that multiple people could not fix. We called Jay and he was there within 30 mins, (on a Saturday evening on Memorial day weekend)!! He was great! He worked hard and was able to solve the problem for us and didn't charge as much as we thought he would. I would absolutely recommend him if you are having sewer issues.
