Advance Sewer Solvers made thing rights, they came and made repairs, although it took 3 weeks I am satisfied.

This guy was good at first and then wasn't. We hired him for some projects and on one of them he was supposed to re route the plumbing and instead, he replaced the plumbing in the crawl. He won't answer messages about it.

It's so hard to find a reliable company and I actually thought I found one this time but no!
I call Adam Saturday evening and told him about my standing water issue in my backyard, he said he'll come Sunday after church. The next day is Sunday, I texted him to confirm the time and his response was I only come out on weekends if it's an emergency (which mine is) but he said he'll come Monday morning so I said ok.
It's now Monday and again I texted to confirm a time, his response I'm in macomb I'll be this this afternoon...
I waited and waited, texted him again!
No response
No call
No show
Just a waste of my time
Never again...

Adam is a Hazel Park Gem! There hasn't been one time that I have had a emergency and he was right here. I even called him when my sons basement flooded. Was there in 20 minutes and out in a half an hour!
I write this post not knowing him on a personal basis. But as a business I can rely on.

Fair prices and very friendly and courteous owner n workers who went above and beyond. So good I referred them to my cousin who needs work. She called today and they will be out tomorrow! All day long! Thanks guys!
