I had a horrible experience with Advanced Sewer and drain cleaning , they were recommended to me by the plumber who installed a basement toilet and garbage disposal . I had a clog and needed it snaked, well not only did they flood my kitchen floor by not putting a bucket under the sink before taking off the clogged pipe, they made a hole in the pipe in the basement, told me it will be $1200 to fix pipe to get me up and running. which he couldn't do till next week because ""he won't be around"" till then, but that I can ""just put electrical tape on the hole for now"" The one guy also refused to work on the toilet (my purpose for the visit as well) because he claimed that my ""toilet was hooked up illegally"" he said it drained into my yard! What???? It goes through a macerator grinder and then drains into the pipe and into the main sewer. The main guy ( 2 guys were here) said my clog was cleared, but I still needed new pipes, wrong still have clog and now broken leaking pipe. When I called the office to discuss my bill and service, I was told by Nate the office manager that the master plumber/owner Tony will come back and evaluate the situation either that day or the next depending on his schedule. Then I received a phone call from a third party as I had called the original plumber who referred them to me and told him what happened. (He reached out to the owner ) and he told me to find another plumber as Tony will not be coming out. I don't know what CLOWNS they have working there, but that has to be the worst service I have ever had.

I called Advanced for help on a Thursday afternoon (not an emergency just needed an over worried person) - they were able to get someone to me first thing Friday. Shawn was extremely helpful and thorough. He listed to what I thought was happening and then went above and beyond investigating. He found what the problem was and was extremely honest in what I should do. This company has always been honest and efficient and I do value them!

Our first time using Advanced Sewer and Drain was to correct a toilet issue from a contractor-didn't have to wait long if at all for them to arrive and correct the issue. Had Sewer issues..husband called and again soon after called they were here and problem solved! This morning hot water tank died, in no time they called back to say they'll be here soon which they were and short time tank was in! Very professional from calling for service to paying for jobs well done. VERY SATISFIED!!

Advanced used to be phenomenal and after the son took over it is a disaster. We had multiple issues with them over the years but stayed true bc they really used to be great. We offered to have the son take part in our bathroom remodel he agreed but was less than easy to work with to find us fixtures he recommended to us, so I went and got my own high end, like he suggested, fixtures. The remodeling team ended up ending their previous gig a week+ early so our job got pulled up. Unbeknownst to us the son and owner was on vacation that week but the job had already begun. We tired to contact him multiple times and no return calls even after the vacation. We asked him to come install the fixtures and when he came it was 1000% clear he was A. Drunk and B. Did not know how to install these fixtures. He shrugged his shoulders at us and left us without finishing the job and leaving us with no water. He knew our son had just been released from the hospital after a 10 day stay and just left us SOL. His office staff is inept at all they do and he is clearly unfit to be owning and running this business albeit into the ground.

I had an emergency back flow in 2 bathrooms. it was a total disaster.
AdVance sent Troy out right away and he worked nonstop for 4 hours. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. also cleaned up after himself. Everything is running smoothLu now. I appreciate the work done.

They are very skilled and reasonably price compared to others. Shawn does a great job and communicates very well with the customer as it pertains to what he's doing.

I had a backed up main sewer line. I called Advanced to come snake it clear for me. They sent a guy out who said he couldn't find the clean out and didn't have his metal detector. He augered the toilet and left. Obviously it backed up again. They came back out and a different guy tried to snake the line from the bathroom sink with a skinny snake. It obviously didn't do anything against the problem. I showed him where the clean out was in the basement and he said it was inaccessible. So I had two visits costing $400 and nothing had been done and the house was still all backed up! I called T-Mark and they came over. I showed the plumber the clean out that Advanced claimed was inaccessible. He looked at me funny. He brought in his heavy duty sewer snake and had the job done in fifteen minutes! No problems after that!
Advanced charged me twice and left me with backed up drains and toilets...and $400 lighter. Be careful, call someone who cares and doesn't leave you in the same condition they came into.

Our drain backed up in our laundry tubs, so I called Advanced for help. Shawn came over the next day and snaked our drain all the way to the sewer. Shawn did an excellent job of cleaning our drain. He was very professional and polite.
