Rude and unprofessional. Was quoted $1000 to install a clean out for our sewer outside our building as long as we had the concrete removed. They told us the dimensions for the concrete removal, which we had done. Appointment was 9-10 am to start the job, but they showed up at 8:40 am, were rude to the person at our front desk and left long before 9 am. When we called them Rich said his son wouldn't dig the hole so he had to charge $1200 and it might be even more because they might have to remove more concrete. When questioned about the fact that they didn't show up on time and they were the ones that gave the dimensions of the concrete removal, Rich was very rude. He also hung up the second time we spoke to him. Definitely would not recommend them.

Thank goodness for Richard and this company. I had a sewer pump failure after discovering the sewage back-ups in multiple floor drains downstairs in my fully finished 2,600 sq/ft basement. One call to Rich and he was there within the hour, understood the problem and was back the next morning to complete the replacement of this pump. He was prompt, wants in and out in an hour, and followed up with anything else I needed.
When he first arrived, Richard recommended an excellent restoration company, 'Care Restoration', who came in the same day and pumped excess overflow, assessed the peripheral damage, and had equipment in there that night to clean the air and start the disinfectant process. They even drained out part of the broken sewer pump's reservoir to ensure Richard would replace the pump without creating more cleanup. I was shown the old, undersized plastic pump which failed, along with the new cast-iron pump with a grinder that's going to last, which was used to replace the broken one. The Care crew did everything possible to make sure the damaged house items, boxes, drywall, and carpet were removed from the house and disposed of. I felt well taken care of and in extremely competent hands with both companies.
Advanced Sewer & Drain is very responsive, motivated, fairly priced, and goes the extra mile to ensure my home is back to normal again. They are my 'Go-To' choice for any plumbing issues in the future. Thank you!

Rich is awesome! He saved our lives and did a thorough and great job! I can't recommend them highly enough!

These guys are awesome! The work is professional and complete! Not only was the job completed the way they said it would be, they even offered other services to prevent future problems! Thanks Advanced Sewer and Drain!

Rich and Dakota at Advanced Sewer and Drain have repeatedly demonstrated excellent mastery of their trade and incredible customer service. Since they did such a superb job reconnecting my house sewer line to the city pipes last fall, I called them 2 days ago when I needed a basement bathtub drain started from square 1. I made a mistake and didn't communicate where I needed the drain and they came back out today and reconfigured my setup at no charge. These guys are simply old school awesome. I will not go anywhere else for sewer, drain, or plumbing services. Thanks!

We had an issue right before Christmas at a rental property. Another company came and told us the sewer line was clogged. They gave an estimate for a sewer line clog repair, and they wanted to charge an enormous amount of money to remove the toilet. They told us they also couldn't get their equipment into the crawl space. I didn't like the attitude of the technician, and initially I was going to have a friend who was close by go and pull the toilet. My husband contacted a friend who highly recommended Advanced Sewer and Drain Cleaning. Rich and his crew agreed to come first thing the next morning for less money and he had a much better attitude. I met him at the rental the next morning. As it turns out, the sewer line was broken. Thank goodness I didn't let the other company do any work. I can only imagine how much they would have charged us, and based on what they told us, we might have ended up with sewage everywhere! Rich explained to me in detail what was wrong, gave me an estimate, and told me they could return the following day. As promised, the work was done on time and well, and my renter even remarked at how friendly the crew was and how comfortable she felt having them there. The crew had to remove the front step and fix the broken pipe. It was not a cheap fix, but it was done right. We were thrilled and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rich and his crew. After the job, we were telling a few friends about the issue and the fix. It turns out that we got a VERY reasonable price. Thanks so much, guys. We hope we don't need you again, but we won't hesitate to call if we do!

At first, I was really impressed. They made a clear proposal, showed up on time and had modern equipment. The job was to install access ports outside to clean my main drain line to the city line in the street.
They had difficulty locating the drain line outside and ended up digging up a large part of my front yard. Because they did not first remove the sod, I ended up with a yard full of rocks on the surface along with ruts from the backhoe. While the owner said he would repair any damage, when I pointed out the damage, he did nothing.
A couple of days later, I noticed water in the basement. Luckily there was a contractor on site who traced the problem to the drain port Advanced Sewer and Drain had been using for imaging during the excavation operation. They had not replaced the port cover properly (this is a new cover so there is no reason for this)! As a result, I had to clean up the sewage backup into my house.
So did they do a good job? At this point, I have no confidence that they did anything right.
When it came time to turn on the sprinkler system, I discovered that they had managed to destroy most of the front yard system without informing me. There is no way they didn't know (one line had been dragged a couple of feet through the soil). but pretended at the time that everything was OK.

Big backup in the bathrooms when the washing machine drained. Advanced Sewer was here as promised within an hour. Rich had high-end equipment, and it seemed like it took a bit of skill and finesse to find and dislodge the clog. Not only was the price reasonable, but Rich is a delightful person. Certainly lightens the moment when one is dealing with a big mess.
