I had a drip leak in one faucet. By the time the company left both faucets were not flowing water as fast as before they came. I was told to buy new faucets. I felt as if I was treated as if it was my fault for the faucets dripping and not flowing. Never again.

Were excellent came when they said they would come after looking at the job gave me an estimate. Which was reasonable and was done quickly with little mess. I would call them anytime in the future for all of my needs. Won't use anyone else.

Used them again today for an urgent situation for a rental unit that I own. Called them early AM, before 8am, and they picked up (I wasn't sure if they would because it was so early). They arranged a time with my tenants, and had a plumber come out within a couple of hours. George went to the unit, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, kept me updated on everything, and provided me with an explanation on the cause and what he did to fix. Great service! At this point, I won't use any other company for plumbing services, I'm very happy with Advanced Rooter Plumbing, and special thanks to George!

Adam and Bruce came right away when I called, within 20 minutes. They fixed my clogged sewer line, and while they were here they also fixed the gas burner on my stove! Good people, fair prices, fast services!!!
i would recommend them highly!!!

Adam Reisz and I had a little love hate on one of the jobs he did for me. I met Adan when my Carpenter (who is not related to him) recommended him highly having worked with him many times over the last ten years.

He has done 3 jobs for me, moving 100 year old cast iron heating pipes, piping in a new kitchen sink and dishwasher and checking my gas lines, replacing leaking pipe and upgrading the meter with con ed. Most importantly, he also straightened out the plumbing permit a GC who did my bathroom failed to file- which is a nightmare with the building department- and Adam fixed that issue for me at a very reasonable cost.

While the last job was a scheduling nightmare and at times I wanted to kill him, I learned later there was a true health crisis in his family- not just an excuse- and I assume since my house happened to be empty (its for sale) my job was put off and took much longer than I would like.

I will say that in the end, he wouldn't accept the last $500 I owed him for that job and he made many concessions for me, did everything in his power to make sure I was happy with the job, and I am. So while I wasn't pleased from a scheduling standpoint, he is a professional who does take pride in his work and an honorable man- so what more can you ask? I am sure he lost money on that last job, and I believe it was a fluke since the first two went so smoothly. His reputation is important enough that when he realized he made me nuts he did everything in his power to fix it. I would definitely call him again.

Im telling the whole story because I think the true mark of an excellent contractor is not that everything always goes smoothly, but rather how they handle it when it goes wrong, especially if you're working in a hundred year old house where something ALWAYS goes wrong- and Adam did handle it like a pro, which is even more commendable considering how unprofessionally I behaved when I became frustrated with the timing- I did a good bit of hollering and I think a lot of contractors would have just said forget this crazy lady, I don't need this- and walked off- but Adam listened to me bitch, calmed me down, took responsibility and finished the job.

I also know him to be active in his community and philanthropically minded- which to me is another plus.
