We are very happy that we chose Advanced Repipe Specialist for our repipe project. Ramiro was informative and truthful about what his crew could do with our pipe replacement. He gave us a fair price and his team did a great job with a fantastic warranty. Antonio, Ramiro, and Martin were very respectful of our home and cleaned up after each day. Veronica was great at communicating with us every step of the way throughout the duration of the job. They completed the plumbing portion in three days and the drywall in one day. The drywall contractor that they use also did an exceptional job, Joel was professional, clean and efficient.
We had a small warranty issue occur a week later when I noticed a pinhole leak at the front hose bib (not the fault of ARS it was a defective part). Because this happened on a Saturday, I did not expect to hear back from Ramiro until Monday. To my surprise, Ramiro had the defective part replaced in a couple of hours!

During a remodel of a bathroom we discovered that all the galvanized pipes were a disaster (see attached photo). We contacted three repipe specialists and based on their prompteness, price, and knowledge, we decided to go with Advanced Repipe Specialists. Ramiro and his son Junior did an amazing job of replacing all the old galvanized pipes with PEX piping. They did a very professional job of opening walls and patching. They made sure to get the necesary permits and passed all inspections. During this whole process, Vernonica was coordinating all activities making sure that everything was scheduled promptly and on time.

My complex needed a water pipe reroute done in about 19 different units. Our HOA board received multiple bids and did significant research on each company before signing a contract. They ended up selecting ARS based upon Better Business Bureau info, customer reviews/experiences both online and written letters of recommendations. I am so glad ARS was selected, what a wonderful company!
Ramiro Lozano, the owner, came out to do the initial walk through and was very thorough in reviewing what they needed to do and approximately how long it would take. He communicated clearly in layman's terms, so I was able to understand. Once they were ready to start the work, Veronica, from his office, called to set up the date and time. His team showed up ON TIME on that day. They started working right away and continued working hard for the next 4-5 days to get the reroute completed in the 3 units in this building. As soon as the reroute was done, the drywall guys came out the next day to patch, mud, texturize and paint the necessary holes that were made in the ceilings and walls. At the end of each day, they did a great job of cleaning up which is so important when living in a construction zone.
Overall, from start to finish in all 3 units, it took 7-9 working days. (Please note, this building was the first one ARS started with in the complex and they did not have the blueprints or anything to go by). However, as they are moving on to the other units, they are moving at a much faster rate and the start to finish time takes about 4-7 days. I must also state that the quality of the work they do is phenomenal. As they came across issues with leaky or corroded valves, they informed the homeowner so that we could either have ARS fix it (as these issues were not covered by the HOA) or get another plumber to fix them. Ramiro just wanted to make sure that the homeowners are aware of any problems and left it up to each of us to decide how to fix them with no pressure from him.
All interactions I had with every person involved in this project from Veronica in the office to the plumbers and the drywallers were a pleasure. It is also important to note that when you reach out to anyone in this company via phone or text, you will get a very fast response. I highly recommend this company and give them a 5 star rating. Ramiro Lozano is extremely professional, reliable and takes pride in the job he does. If you need this kind of work done, do yourself a favor, and hire ARS as you will not be disappointed.

i was very impressed with this company. We had our entire house re-piped from pex pipes to copper due to many leaks we had with the pex pipes. Ramiro was very professional and gave us an accurate quote and realistic timeline for the job. They were excellent and stayed on schedule. They were also very neat while doing the work (protected floors, etc). Once the job was complete, they quickly patched up the walls and re-textured perfectly. The staff were all very professional and polite. During the process, they offered to change our shower faucets since the walls were opened up, as it would be a good time for that if we wanted it. We now have new shower faucets and pipes that provide immediate hot water and are thrilled with the work done. I can't recommend them enough.

From the beginning to the end of the job, Advanced Repipe Specialist were outstanding in every way! I own a home in San Lorenzo that is 70 years old and so was the plumbing. We had lived with water flow that was a trickle at best. I called Advance Repipe specialist (NOT ""Repipe Specialist of the Bay Area""). Romero came out and was a great help in estimating the job and explaining everything that needed to be done including bringing everything up to code. Veronica, also was a great help and an important asset in scheduling the work, getting the Required Permits and explaining the payments for the job.The crew that came out were amazing! They were professional, courteous, efficient and amazing in all aspects. They completed the Repiping job in 1 day which included replacing an old water heater and had the water back on by the afternoon. The water flow after they were finished was as good as a brand new home. Everything was up to code and ready for final inspection. Oscar, their patch man was great! He did outstanding work and was also very professional and efficient! I can't say enough about ""Advanced Repipe Specialist""! Do not get them confused with that ""other"" company! Advanced Repipe Specialist has their own employees that are professional and work for the company. Unlike that other company with a similar name! If your water flow is low, call Advanced Repipe Specialist today! You won't be disappointed!
