I developed a leak in my home and called a plumber. I was told they could stop the leak, but the Kitec plumbing in my home needed to be removed, and my house repiped. I got several quotes, and after speaking with a neighbor, who had just done the same work, I chose Advanced Repiping Specialist. They started right on schedule and after the repiping the patching of the drywall was quickly started. They even patched the drywall from the original leak! The process took longer than I expected, but in the end, it all turned out very well.

I chose the Advanced Repipe Specialist for one of the most difficult home improvement projects in my mind --- repiping the whole home. I needed a team of true professionals and Advanced Repipe pulled it off.

Ramiro and his team were easy to work with. I had a very positive experience from the beginning. Ramiro came to my home on time for the first consultation and gave a detailed presentation to help me understand my options. He provided an accurate estimated cost, which was exactly what I paid for at the end. Their price might not be the lowest, but they were transparent about the materials and costs. I felt confident picking Advanced Repipe out of a pool of contractors.

Ramiro's team was well trained and had great attention to details -- most importantly, they did all the work with the current city codes in mind. They completed the project on time with great results. They patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns during the final walkthrough.

The patching work was also done nicely -- which eased the pain from all the holes cut open for re-piping,

Overall, it was an easy five star. The team earned it with hard work and superb quality.

Completed a repipe of my moms 66 year old house and happy with the results. Ramiro quickly answered a request for a estimate and was able to complete the job within 2 weeks (including inspection and wall repair) once the decision was made. Overall his team did a great job and the price was better than other contractors. Would highly recommend them and should have completed this years ago.

Ramiro and his crew did a complete re-pipe and installed an instant hot water system in our three bath 2,800 SF home. Their pricing was fair and the work was done on the schedule agreed. Patching of the walls and clean up met expectations. After the painting (handled on our own) it is not possible to tell where the many holes were cut. The crew doing the work were efficient and returned one bathroom to use before leaving on the first day. Inspections were done quickly and passed immediately. I would definitely use Advanced Repipe again.

Ramiro takes your concerns seriously. He repiped our 70+ year old home in one day. During the inspection phase, he found some very serious breaks in our iron sewer pipes. The following week they replaced those as well.

We recently had our whole house repiped because we had Kitec pipes and many homes in our area had pipe failures. We received quotes from 3 companies and decided to go with Advanced Repipe Specialist because we received recommendations from 2 homeowners in our area. Ramiro, and his crew, were very professional and completed the repipe in a couple of days followed by the inspection and patching and texturing, for a total of about a week. We are very satisfied with the job they did and now have peace of mind that when we leave our home, for any period of time, we won't have to worry about our pipes breaking. We developed a leak, somewhere in the master bathroom- shower. House is 15 years old, and bathroom was remodeled 4 years ago. Had a regular plumber in 3 different times: recaulk- no change, new shower valve cartridge- no change, drilled hole and ran camera- witnessed a water drop gather behind wall on shower head pipe- remove reinstall, caulk- no change to leaking status. My bedroom carpet behind the shower wall was still wet.
Called Advance Repipe, and they quickly set up appointment. Diagnosed the dreaded Kitec plumbing, and gave me a very fair estimate. (I had suspected the Kitec, and already had MUCH higher verbal estimates) Got a written contract and Ramiro and his crew were able to start the next day. (We have a handicapped individual who has a huge problem using the non-leaking tub/shower in the second bath) That day, Ramiro also recommended that he open the wall behind the shower to verify the valve. Sheet rock looked streaked, as through there had been water leaks, and I decided to have Ramiro replace it at the same time all the replumbing was re-done. Since the water heater was 15 years old, I replaced that at the same time.
The crew worked extremely hard that day- and got the house ready for ""rough-in"" inspection by the city. We had to wait for 3 days for the inspection, which included a weekend. Inspection was on a Monday, and on Tuesday, Ramiro had his folks back in. By noon on Wednesday, all was patched, and ready for me to paint.
Although whole house repipe is a very stressful situation, Ramiro did everything he said he was going to do, and in the time period he originally laid out. I would definitely recommend Advanced Repipe Specialists if you need your water pipes replaced. They worked hard, did a good job, and the price was very fair, considering the amount of work that goes into the job.
