When our kitchen sink was leaking, we reached out to a few plumbers to get a quote. Advanced Quality Plumbing was the quickest to respond and they were home within an hour after the call, to take a look at the sink and give us an estimate.

They recommended replacing the kitchen faucet, and even recommended a particular brand and model, which made it very easy for us to buy it. Within the next 2 days, we made an appointment for them to come over and not only replace the kitchen sink faucet, but also a couple of wash basin sinks in our bathrooms. They were flexible with the timing to come home and replace the faucets, were very professional, prices were reasonable and handled the job in a clean way. Another bonus is that they accept credit cards.

Kory and his crew were very friendly and professional throughout the entire install process of my new gas line. We converted from an electric to gas range and needed an increased line size in the garage to the existing appliances out there, then a new line in the crawl space to the kitchen. The piping is super clean and well done, and I love the very thorough documentation via email in both the estimate and invoice. Even though his crew took slightly longer than he expected, he stuck to the initial estimate. Kory's straightforward approach and fair pricing were very welcomed compared to other contractors who came out to bid the project. I will definitely be using Advanced Quality Plumbing in the future for repairs and remodels, and will recommend them to anyone who needs great plumbing service!

As we had a leaky kitchen faucet and a noisy garbage disposal, we called Al, and he came to our house near the end of his workday. He ripped out the garbage disposal, replacing it with a top quality Insinkerator. He installed my beloved Hansgrohe faucet, all in 1 1/2 hours.

His price is very reasonable.

Called and got an answering service who took my information, told her I needed to locate my clean out. Got a call back from Steve who tells me that is not my specialty...never heard of something like that from a plumber before. I told him I thought that was strange and that they may want to indicate the fact that they won't locate or touch a clean out on Yelp (where there is no info on their services), that is when he began interrupting me and trying to speak over me - so he could tell me no one else has ever minded. If you won't touch a clean out your potential clients should be made aware of that, so should your answering service. If you care about your Yelp rating you should exercise professionalism during phone calls.
