Steve is very responsive. I called on Memorial day and had scheduled an appointment to replace a kitchen faucet. He gave me some tips on the one we had, and which was a better brand. Although I had to cancel the appointment, I will use him for my future plumbing jobs.

I honestly, can't complement Alfred Williams highly enough.

I needed a faucet replaced, which to be honest I was feeling a bit ashamed about since it really is the sort of thing I should have been able to do myself (I couldn't for the life of me work out how to remove the old one!)

Anyway, I called Alfred Williams, and the call was taken by a highly professional lady who took my details, asked what help I needed and told me a technician would call me in 15 minutes. And in 15 minutes, a technician, Steve, did indeed call. +1 for calling when they said he would.

So, I arranged for him to come and do the job at 10:30 this morning. He arrived at 10:33. +1 again for being punctual.

He then did the job, quickly, cleanly and well. Everything was done in about 45 minutes.

He was a nice chap as well.

The best thing I can say about the whole experience is that if I have any other plumbing needs in the future, I won't even think about calling anyone else. These guys were excellent.

This is how its supposed to go. I called and the phone was immediately answered. The ""receptionist"" took some basic information and said I would get a call from the plumber in 15 minutes. In about 10 minutes I got a call back from Steve. He offered to arrive in 2 hours, but I had a conflicting appointment, so we scheduled for the next day. Upon returning from my appointment, I received a call from Steve asking if I wanted him come over. He said he moved up another appointment and knew I would be available later in the afternoon. He arrived within 15 minutes, fixed my problem within the hour, cleaned up after himself, collected his very reasonable fee and was on his way. Albert ""Steve"" Williams is the man to call if you have a plumbing problem.

Needed a pipe cleared out. I called and got an appointment within a few days. The tech, Steve, was prompt, professional and nice. He worked quickly to take care of the clog and was on his way. I highly recommend these guys.

A call went out around 4 p.m. and within 2 hours Steve arrived to fix our sink/disposal problem. Steve is a can do guy who is very professional and who gets the job done quickly and to the full satisfaction of the customer. In addition to this, he's a very nice gentleman. Steve did great work. I was able to get a same day appointment for a leaky toilet, which he fixed very quickly and then was able to remove a built-in water filter system and a soap dispenser from our kitchen sink (something I had been wanting to do for a while, but was reluctant to call a plumber for due to cost). I have to say, Steve is professional, reasonable and fast. Everything was done within an hour. I highly recommend this plumbing service.
