I made an appointment for Wednesday July 17th at 3p.m. I was told that was the latest I could get. The reason being that they might have to go out for parts. On Tuesday July 16th, I received an e-mail stating someone would be here between 3-6p.m. I also received a phone call confirming my appointment, and telling me I would receive a call and text on Wednesday when the tech was on his way. No call or text came. No tech showed up either. Thanks for wasting 3 hours out of my day!

Never use them,I was misled by there adverticement. 79 dollars for for there service call. Charged me 88 dollars , plus 185 for labor ,needed 1 in half pounds of freon.185 dollars.Total bill 415 dollars. Then they add 5 percent if you put it on your card. Also was 1st time customer, and was suppose too get 10 percent off the service part of the bill still waitng. I worked with ciminals in the county jail for 25 years,they are worse then them.Never Again. Al Coiro I rate them a 0

I called to get a diagnostic on my HVAC system and they stated my system needs an air handler part and gave me a ridiculous price quote for labor and part installation...

They also stated that I should consider getting a new unit because it runs on r22 ....

Furthermore, they charged me $250 for coming to my house and give me the diagnostic that took the technician less than 10 min to assess.

These folks prices are ridiculous ... just because u live in Wyckof does not justify being ripped off...

Smelled a rotten egg type of odor. Immediately called the gas company and they came over and said it was sewer gas. Called Advanced Professionals and they sent over John and Mo to take a look. These guys were very thorough and immediately they knew it wasn't a sewer gas problem. They went straight to the gas line pressure test and found over 10 leaks on our gas lines. It was already late in the day and these worked extremely hard and were very meticulous in ensuring all leaks were accounted for and fixed. These two were also really friendly and polite to my family. As a matter of fact, they even took off their shoes even though the bulk of the work was in the unfinished part of our basement.

If you are gonna go with this company...I would highly recommend asking for these 2 guys.

Called and a plumber came to find the source of a bathroom leak. Plumber was quick in locating the leak but needed parts so he needed to come another day to fix it. Everything went well and I paid them for the work no problem.

Then I needed wall/ceiling repairs to fix the damage and the holes created to locate the leak. They said they would take care of it no problem. They never did. I called 4 times over the course of a week where an operator said someone would get back to me. No one ever did. I also requested an itemized receipt emailed. I never got it.

A month ago, I had an emergency in my home when my boiler system set off my carbon monoxide detector. After the fire department came to check things out, I called my home warranty company. They assigned Advanced Professional to deal with the situation, which I repeatedly emphasized was an EMERGENCY. As I told them, I was afraid to have my family sleep in a home with a carbon monoxide leak. After a series of conversations, I made arrangements to have Advanced Professional come the next day. I stayed home from work to deal with the urgent situation.

Unfortunately for me and my family, Advanced Professional never came. When they did not show up at the appointed hour that afternoon, I called and was told that due to a clerical error the appointment was never placed on their calendar. I was assured that someone would be sent out momentarily and that I could expect to hear something shortly. When I didn't hear back for another hour, I called again and received more apologies and assurances that someone would be on their way. This was repeated a couple more times, until evening came and they stopped answering their phone. I ended up complaining to my home warranty company and they assigned a real professional who came within hours.

In sum, ""Advanced Professional"" is anything but. They are unreliable and untrustworthy. Their dilatory conduct caused me to lose an entire day, prolonged the danger to my family, and gave us a lot of stress. Do not hire this company!

I used these guys when my boiler died... They were very polite, professional, and showed up on time as promised. They sent 3 technicians and they spent an entire day working on it . Moral of the story ... They removed an old cast iron boiler , installed a new one with several upgrades in one day!!!The one tech whose name I remember was Sam. He looked like a young kid , but REALLY knew his stuff. They have a customer for life!
