I use the services of this company and they deceived us. They said that I need to change two damaged parts with a purchase cost for the first of $521.17 and the estimate for the second one for 1,236.00. I decides to call another company and guess what happened, They lied, my AC was repaired without changing parts and at low cost. I paid the first 521.17 and I feel cheated .
if someone needs their AC repaired don't call them.

I have never experienced a more disorganized company who does not uphold their work or product! I had a boiler and plumbing work installed a year ago - paid on site. 6 months later ,A flood was caused by faulty insulation and was billed $400 and was required to pay on site - even though the work was ""guaranteed""!
I have requested a copy of the guarantee, no exaggeration at least 40 times and still have not received one! To make matters worse, I receive phone calls, emails for payment! I have confirmed payment with cancel checks, etc. yet they continue to call! Even the owner confirmed all payments have been made - but Still states the guarantee is ""in process""& -will be forwarded to me! One year later, still waiting! This tops it - received a bill today with my name for another address! Totally disorganized- I'm sorry I ever dealt with them in the first place.They do not back up their work even though they say it's guaranteed!

I called for service and they called to make sure I still needed their services. After I explained to then what the situation was they came to my home and took their time to explain to me everything in the most simplest form they could. I felt as though I was being trained in how to fix my HVAC unit.

Charged $330 to re-light a boiler pilot without a clean or replacement parts. I know this because 2 hours later the heat no longer worked and we had to hire a professional company to come and review the work.

am not one to verbally bash a business, however as a owner of multiple properties in the Passaic county area, I found this company to be extremely unprofessional. I contacted this company to inquire if they could come out on an emergent basis as my radiators on my third floor unit would not heat. Initially rthe receptionist was helpful and advised that the tech would call me 40 minutes prior to arrival. However, the receptionist called me and told me that the tech was at my property and never provided me
The grace period. When I finally arrived, I called back the receptionist as the tech was not the property she advised, that he is at "" the bodega"". The tech finally arrived 20 minutes late and assessed the issues I found it to be quick as he did not turn on the boiler or check the radiators. He only quickly pointed out pipes that needed to be fixed. The tech did not speak any English so insisted that he call someone from the company so that I may explained the issue. He called the tech "" Rachel ""she spoke to him in his native language and advised him to check radiators he did. However the only thing he kept saying was "" boiler no good"" . This was a new 2 year old boiler. The tech left and I attempted toCall the office to be provided quote I even left a message on their after hour recorded line. (I'm sure they will respond and state the lines are recorded for quality and assurance) and I called and severalTimes and left messages. Finally the next day The receptionist gave me the run around about getting in touch with Rachel to be priced and quoted. The receptionist even lied about her ( Rachael) being in the office. Finally Rachel got in touch with me and gave me a quote of $1,950.00 to bled system and check radiators. I told her ok and to provided me the estimate/ proposal by the end of the day. Can you believe she never provided it. Because I'm proactive and stellar business woman I already had another plumbing company coming out. They quoted me 550 dollars to do the same thing. This business I honestly believe is SCAM. They rip ppl off, and have terrible business acumen. Please DO NOT USE THEM. I have never in my life witness such poor business. I am business owner myself , don't let the outer appearance fool you, the way they screen call.
Distastefully priced and so unprofessional. I'm an extremely busy person and I hope that this review helps another customer . DONT CHOOSE THEM!!!!

Follow up on a previous review. Three days after we received ""preventive maintenance"" and overcharged without permission, we turned the AC off only to have dust particles rain from the unit. Once again, do not use this company, as they are a scam operation with untrained techs.

I called three different plumbers as I expected it would be hard to get someone in the new normal of COVID. Not only did AdvPP call me back immediately, but also they asked details about my request and honored their price and had excellent customer service. After living in Bergen County for all of my life, I finally found a decent, reliable plumber! I am not sure what happened to others on Yelp, but Kevin was awesome. They accepted my check without any issue.

This company only gets two stars for the technician that came out. The poor ratting is for the customer service. When made appointment said system is working but recently purchased home and would like someone to walk me through system and check it. I explained I had 89$ tune up coupon. I believed this is what I would be charged. When I was charged $125 plus tax I called and was told that wasn't what was agreed on and then was transferred to another person who hung up on me.
