We hired Advanced Plumbing to install a tankless hot water system for our home and were absolutely thrilled with the experience. They had us up and running with a Rinnai RUR199IN tankless system in a day and a half with no disruption of service. Their pricing was comparable to other plumbing services in the area but they were able to work withing our tight timeline keeping all other trades involved in our restorations on track. They were prompt, professional, clean, extremely courteous and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Absolutely top notch.

Just had a plumber come to troubleshoot my Rheem tankless water heater. On time! But go figure, of course, my unit works fine when he comes out! He inspected everything, called Rheem and the local distributor, did some diagnostics and checked the gas lines around and inside the house. He did somethings above and beyond than just looking at my water heater.
This has been one of the best experiences we've had with a plumber. Trustworthy! Also turns out he was the owner. Thanks Justin! I'm calling them from now on.

I used the really like this company you paid for what you got a reasonable price for a good plumber. Now you get a good plumber for and unreasonable price and they don't mention it when you set up an appointment. The tech was in my house for 10 min was able to correct the problem but they billed me nearly 200 dollars. When I mentioned that was higher than I had been quoted they dropped a tech fee was added along with 1 hour min service call. After saying that's now how it was presented the OWNER got on the phone and called me a liar. Great business model. We have 4 rentals and will no longer be using them. It's a shame when a good company gets driven into the ground by incompetence.

They used to be the best service and a very reasonable price. Over the last few years they have added on extra fees and much higher prices. I ha e used them for at least 5 plumbing project and one ac issue. Most recently I asked for a quote for a residential repair of a bath room sink pipe. The quote was for $3,500, I got a 2nd quote with the same scope of work competed for $750. Shop around is the lesson.

I have used Advanced for a number of years. They have done good work. This last trip I was billed $340 for putting a $40 bracket at the bottom of a toilet to keep it from moving. I had also asked them to fix a sticking flapper. That wasn't done. At $120 per hour and a $60 ""trip"" fee I think they should do what I ask them to do. When I expressed my disappointment to the person answering the phone about their high rates - she said they were the cheapest in town. I've checked a few an they are not the cheapest in town by a long shot. So I guess for the work they do they do good work and it's expensive.

This has to be one of the best experiences I've had with any sort of home service company so far. My shower water pressure was low and I called a few other companies first but none were as friendly and customer service oriented as Advanced Plumbing.

The woman from the office called and said they were running late at the time they were supposed to arrive, but these things happen. When they did show up they were nothing but professional and courteous. They took the time to answer my many questions, Eric was respectful when removing items from the shower, and when done asked if they could fix anything else. Thankfully it was a simple fix and the shower is working great now. I recommend them strongly!

I cannot thank the team from Advanced Plumbing enough. I just moved to the area and bought an old, but renovated home. In the process of moving in, I found I needed a small plumbing repair job done. I called Advanced, made the appointment and Eric showed up - early (having called first). He was smart, polite and effective. That alone would have gotten them 5 stars. BUT THEN - later in the day - totally unrelated to the work they did, I had a pipe burst (did I mention ""old"" home....). Eric, Nick and Justin all showed up - very fast. They fixed my problem. I hope I have no more emergencies - but if I do - I'm calling this team. Well done.

Setting up an appointment was easy and the technicians arrived on time and did the job in only 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the minimum charge is $180 including $120 for an hour of labor plus a $60 ""diagnostic fee"". I will no longer use this company because of their pricing policy.
