Excellence in service. An all star team. Eric and Jessica answered all my many questions over the phone. Eric and Fred were dispatched to my property. They arrived on a timely bases. Very professional looking. Well groomed and pleasant. Fred took pictures of the before and after of the job. Great idea. Showed me how serious the situation was and made me feel comfortable that the repair was complete. Answered my many questions with extreme patience. Completed the work in the quoted time line and charged me an extremely fair price for all the work completed. Did not up sell me or attempt to pressure me into projects that 2 other contractors wanted me to do.

We had water leak on property but didnt know where. My contractor suggested replacing the backflow valve because of signs of corrosion. We hired Advanced Plumbing. Due to misunderstanding, the plumber ended up searching for the leak instead of replacing backflow valve. When I called the office about my backflow valve needing repair, the plumber came right back out and deducted my initial payment from total cost of job. That is solid business practice and integrity. Seth is a super nice guy. Lastly, their total cost was 15-20% below another bid.

I needed a new water line from the city meter to my home. Josh and all the other staff were great to work with & answered all my questions. Crew arrived on time, completed the work as noted on the quote, left the site clean, and told me what to expect during city inspection. I had a water leak in my service. I talked to Josh on Monday of Thanksgiving week for help. His crew responded within 2 hours and put in a temp line. They returned Wednesday morning and installed a new water line by directional boring. Done and gone by 3 PM! It was a Thanksgiving miracle!!!

A run of challenging luck led me to this exceptional company. My ancient pipes burst and after one week without water with the Eagle Creek fire looming, Advanced Plumbing was found on homeadvisor.com through a friend. They called ME the same day. Full disclosure? I was petrified until I listened to the voice mail Josh left on my barely working phone. He sounded genuine, professional, and just plain nice. They were swamped but showed up the next day earlier than expected. Connor got our water up and running and the price was more than fair. They'll be replacing the whole system, no question. They are THE very best.

Josh, Eric and their team are top knotch. We had to relocate our water main line from one side of our property to the other about 175 feet away, we have a flag lot property and the city forced us to move the line. We had a very short window to do this in. Josh came out just 2 days after my call to him, and Eric came out to start the work 2 days later....amazing! I chose Advanced because of all their experience in my specific need. Eric and his crew were absolutely amazing. The job turned ugly when we found out our ling drive way was asphault under the gravel, not and easy straight dirt pathway. A Ditch Witch, giant cement saw and hand shovels going to work manually on this thing for hours in the beating sun, Eric and his workers still had a smile on tbeir face and never stopped working. We are so appreciative this team came to our rescue, they deserve much more than than the quote we were given. Thank you so much Advanced! We'll be recommending these guys to all of our friends and family for any indoor and outdoor plumbing needs.
