This rating is just for the excellent communication I received when I reached out about a project. Their response time was the quickest I've ever experienced through Yelp messages. After reviewing my photo, it turned out I didn't need a plumber but a roofer for my water damage. If I ever do need plumbing, I would call on Advanced Plumbing again. They left a very good first impression on me.

Needed a plumber for a kitchen sink leak. Eric showed up at my door in less than an hour of posting the request on Yelp. Identified the leak and recommended replacing the faucet. Bought the faucet and replaced it quickly. Great service. All covid guidelines followed.

I would like to take a moment and say thank you to Seth at Advanced Plumbing. He was very respectful and courteous. I reached out to a couple plumbing companies listed on yelp and Advanced Plumbing was quick to be the first to respond. We quickly got an appointment set up for the next day. When Seth arrived, he asked if he would like for him to take his shoes off after informing us they were cleaned, we appreciated that gesture. He looked at our garbage disposal on our kitchen sink and quickly solved our issue. No repairs needed to be done because we had a clear small plastic cup that was stuck inside the hole. We were confused on how we let that get in there. He proceeded to his truck to grab the bill $(125 flat rate) which we were prepared to pay, then after a couple mins he comes back to our door and informed us we did not have to pay because it was hardly any work. We wanted to express our gratitude because although it did not require much work, a work order is still a work order but he took his time to communicate with his boss and went above and beyond to do what he felt was right. Thank you Seth and Advance Plumbing for being a respectable and fair company!

If I could give Advanced Plumbing more than 5 stars, I'd fill the entire page with them. We had a break in our water line, and Advanced Plumbing gave us a free estimate that was about half the cost of the other company that bid the job. From the estimate, to the trenchless install, and then the clean up--their service was impeccable. If this were the end of the story, I still would have been impressed at their customer service, and would recommend them to everyone I know, but a complication outside of their control occurred, and the way that they handled the resolution has made me want to take voice lessons so that I may sing their praises from the top of Mt. Hood: Jessica, the office coordinator, took initiative based on an aside comment I made while coordinating the inspection, and then contacted Eric to follow up, which he did within minutes. Before he was even back on site, Eric made it clear to us that although the new emergency was outside of the scope of work done by Advanced Plumbing, they were going to stand by us, investigate the situation, and follow through until there was a resolution. All of this was happening to us at the tail end of month 7 of a ""five week"" home renovation; we were tired, burnt out, and had learned to expect the worst case scenario. Contrary to our jaded expectations, Advanced Plumbing displayed honesty, courtesy, and integrity each step of the way. They put the right people to work to take care of us, and maintained contact throughout the process. Not only are they a family business built by exceptional tradespeople, but they extend the feeling of family to relatively unknown customers like us. Thank you Jessica, and Eric, and everyone at Advanced Plumbing for proving to us that there are still companies out there who take customer service to heart, and leave each job site better than it was before.

Scheduled our appointment a week in advance, got a call same day that it was cancelled. Rescheduled, tech showed up and spent 30 seconds turning a valve then asked for $175 dollars. Asked if it was possible to get a discount since he spent more time writing the bill than actually working on the plumbing but nope. Terrible scammy service, will never use again.

EDIT: got a harassing phone call from them on a weekend demanding I remove this review. Stay safe everyone.

I was very impressed with the response time and pricing Advanced Plumbing provided. They arrived on time, kept me abreast of all things going on, and then cleaned up not only my property, but the street in front of the house that was left in a mess by another contractor. I was in commercial construction for 35+ years, 15 as a project superintendent and can honestly say, you will be well taken care of by Advanced Plumbing. We intend to bring them back for a future remodel we have planned.

Advanced Plumbing came out today and stood by their service and product and remeasured my pressure at 80 psi the same that I got and assured me that is code and that they had measured the pressure 2 years when they began the entire house re-pipe.
