I recently received superb service from Advanced Plumbing Systems.
The Friday response was immediate and avoided a long weekend without repair. They showed up within a 1/2 hour and remedied the problem. The plumber was skilled and friendly.

I wrote a five-star review for this plumbing company in 2021. Their service has changed dramatically since then. I wanted a replacement kitchen sink, faucet and simple under-sink filter. In the basement, the rep told me that I needed a new condensate pump for the furnace. It was overflowing slightly. He didn't even look at it. Advanced quoted me $475 to replace the pump. When I looked at the pump later that day, I was able to level it by replacing a shim that had become dislodged. That solved the problem.

The rep also tried to upsell me on everything from a deeper kitchen sink to a whole house reverse osmosis filter. When I asked for a breakdown for parts and labor on their estimate, I was told that Advanced does ""Straight Forward"" pricing and does not provide that information. Since ""straightforward"" means truthful, I'd say they were anything but straightforward in their dealings with me.

Do not hire these people.

I appreciate the job Lucas did on maintenance for my sump pump. He was on time, polite, clean, efficient and answered all my questions. The price was fair and the work was excellent, he even caulked the openings for me.

Advanced Plumbing did a big job for me. I needed to gut my bathroom downstairs and add a 2nd bath upstairs. The home is a historical home. Not only did they do a superb job they connected me with the rest of the trades people. Together they did incredible work in my 1920s home. Bob is first class. There were about 5 different people for Advanced Plumbing throughout the 11 week project. All were professional. Bob had to bring plumbing from the basement to the 2nd floor. He did it without destroying beautiful old woodwork and hardwood floors.

Bob has a system in place where you get notified when his worker is on his way and you can even rate the worker after each visit.

Bob works 24/7. I could text him anytime and he'd get back to me right away. When other firms turned down the job I decided to go to Advanced because of their super high ratings. Bob referred me to Renew Construction because they've worked together on several jobs. Between Bob, Joe and Michelle from Gehards they did a plan and a design and I never could've imagined how well this all went. It's beyond beautiful. Thank you Bob, Joe, Larry, Michelle and all the people involved.!! I'm so grateful that my mom can stay in her home home and have a caretaker who has a bathroom too.

I was very pleased with this company Steve did an awesome job I would definitely recommend them. Even with the negative weather my pipes froze again. They came out to my house in De soto even though I got a text message from Bob at 630am that they were going to cancel on me. But thank you for squeezing in the service. Steve was very knowledgeable.

I'll start off by stating the cost seemed ridiculous. I had a clogged sink drain that was cleared in 15 minutes. The plumber was here for a half hour total didn't have to use anything other than the snake to clear it(no additional costs for them) and it was nearly $400.

That said the service was excellent. They got here within an hour of my call. The plumber, Steve, was knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and was very conscious of protecting my home.
