Needed clogged drain fixed. Technician stated it was fixed. Drain clogged again a few days later. Technician did not bother to snake the drain.

i tried calling them for days and no answer. they just ghosted me. I had been assigned to them by my home warranty company. they did come out to diagnose the problem. but they came three different times and gave three different diagnoses - all of which I later found out by another company were all wrong.

i would stay away from this firm. they seem incompetent and dishonest

Don't use this company! The owner, Thomas Harrelson, is a thief! We have been waiting almost 3 weeks after giving our deposit for work to be done. As soon as he got some money, he ghosted us. Total scam of a company

I had a kitchen sink that needed to be unclogged. Thomas was recommended to me by another plumbing company that I had called who could not come out right away. I'm so glad that I called Advanced Plumbing Solutions. Thomas was very knowledgeable and courteous. He arrived when he said he would and made sure I understood what he was doing and what the problem was. He was very respectful of my home and made sure that he did not leave a mess behind. I will definitely call him the next time I need plumbing services.

I had a stubborn garbage disposal that definitely needed to be replaced. After finding Thomas, he bought the new disposal and came in the late evening on a Saturday night. I was impressed. Thomas is a good and decent man and highly efficient. Things will go wrong again and I will be sure to call him. My recommendation is call him too.

I had a leaking pressure release valve on my water heater after I flushed it two days ago. The leak was constant and more than just dripping. I was able to contain the leak and direct the drainage into my sump pump but it needed to be addressed quickly. I put a request through Yelp for service at 6:30 PM last night. I received 5 automated responses and one directly through Yelp from Advanced Plumbing Solutions (APS). Thomas, the owner and I texted and discussed the details of the situation and asked when I would like the service performed. As it turned out he was an hour away finishing up another job and he could swing by on his way home. I said that would be great. He arrived at 9:15 and was out by 10:00PM and had all of the parts necessary to fix my hot water heater. We noticed the heater is from 2006 and we discussed a Tankless Hot Water system when this fails and he checked the feasibility and confirmed we could install one when the time comes. As it turns out he specializes in these as well.

We had a stubborn toilet clog that wouldn't respond to anything we'd been doing to clear it. I messaged Advanced Plumbing Solutions on Sunday, Mother's Day, and Thomas said if it wasn't an emergency he could come by the next day. Thomas showed up Monday, quickly & professionally assessed the situation & quoted us a very fair price. Needless to say, it took him longer to lay out his drop cloth to protect our bathroom than it did for him to snake out the obstruction. After giving it a good flush & seeing it was clear he snaked it again just to give it a second shot. Thomas is fast, efficient & friendly. Definitely give him a call.
