Advanced Plumbing was able to get to me quickly and fix my water blow out. Price was outrageous $850. But I have water again. Other than price they were very good .

Called them out for literally a 4 minute job to replace the diaphragm on a Sloan valve. Tried to charge $440. Only a few mile drive with a stop at a supply house on the way, if they didn't have the ~$17 rebuild kit in the truck already. Told them to uninstall it and be on their way. John never sent me a quote and if he did I would have told him not to come. Completely unacceptable price gouging. Also they were 4 hours late.

Edit: The business owner contacted me privately. Still unable to maintain professionalism, he directly insulted me, calling me a loser and cheap.

to high in price , they don't let you know how much before they start , and they dont haul off the hot water heater when there done taking it out of your house , they leave it right where they took it out , and don't call you to tell you there done or that they didn't haul the old hot water heater and they charge you a large fee , that took them less than 45min. all they dif is unhook unit and put cut off covers over hot and cold flex pipe and took unit out of laundry room and left it there ... WoW

On time- polite- excellent craftsmanship- did not price gouge me- they were able to find the plumbing access to my shower by measuring the center of the house and found it with one small cut in the sheet rock on the first try. They took the time to make sure everything was installed properly in my fiberglass shower/tub combo and saved me about $9,000 from having to rip out the whole shower and pay for a full shower remodel. They additionally cleaned up everything when finished. My shower finally works again after four months of being out of service and having multiple replacement bids. Thank you so much to John and his boys!
