I' m new to the area and didn't realize that landscape systems are only buried a few inches from the top. Needless to say I broke one and had a gusher. Unlike IL where the water shutoffs are inside I had no idea where the water shut off was. I called Advanced and Gabriel told me where to look and would be out there shortly to make the repair. This was on a Saturday and he arrived in about 30 minutes. He did a great job at a fair price. I would highly recommend this company.

I have had a hard time with this company. Calling and talking to the manager with no sympathy. Having them tell us they were coming later in the day to then getting a call later that they couldn't make it. Have the worker come to my house and fix the problem,to only have the problem come back within 5 days. Use at your own risk. $400 later and pissed.

This plumbing company is by far the best one I have ever used. They are so professional and organized and do really great work! I have a few properties in the Chino Hills area and I have used them several times. Advanced Plumbing (a.k.a. Pipe Bros. Plumbing) has great plumbers with a lot of experience. I have used both Dwight and Titus for different jobs and I was very pleased with both of them. They were both friendly, on time and did excellent work! I highly recommend them for anyone needing plumbing service in the Chino Hills area.

I called these guys after my toilet was looked at by a different plumber who diagnosed the problem incorrectly. Steve was very nice on the phone and set up appointment for the next day.

Titus came out and did a very through job cleaning out the roots and replacing the flange on the toilet in our new house. Since there had been no occupants for over 6 months, the roots were really bad but I am confident that the problem is fixed.

Titus was very informative and explained the costs before he started the work. It might not have been the cheapest plumbing company but I definitely didn't think it was too expensive either. I felt like I was getting an excellent service- you get what you pay for.

I will be using them in the future for any of my plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

This review is for the service from Steve at Advanced Plumbing aka Pipe Bros. Very satisfied and pleased for the work. Very efficient, it took him less than 5 hours to finish the jobs, while the others told me it might take at least 2 days. Strongly recommend to anyone who will like to get their jobs done cost efficiently!!
